Before this last update I would have given this app 5 stars. User friendly and great quality, clear feed. BUT now the picture is distorted and cuts out a large part of the screen. You have to turn your phone into landscape but even then if you swipe to a different view the stream distorts. And I am always in high quality in settings. Please fix
The video streams are zoomed in and skewed 75% of the time. Changing from HD to SD, then back to HD fixes the issue for about five minutes. Hard to see what my kid is doing when the camera only shows a wall.
Camera Quality could be better, also there are times when you look at a camera angle there is a zoomed in view where you can't see anything.
This app is horrible or the system itself is not good. I thought it would be great to be able to see my daughter but you can barely see where she is with such a low quality video, specially if you zoom in... It even seems like it's not live for how slow people move in the video. Pauses all the time, logs you out. Not very useful and not HD.
Cameras are almost always not working. I picked my daycare specifically bc of the camera options. And now I have no clue what's going on with my baby. I'm willing to pull him out bc I need to see how he's doing
Pretty simple to use once you and your daycare setup your account. Really frustrating that the classroom name and session count stays on the screen. It blocks the view of my child alot. Also the new session notification when I jump off and on is extremely annoying especially being that I have "unlimited sessions". **Feb 8, 2021 Update: Issues w the app are still unresolved. ***Jun 2, 2021 Update: Issues are still unresolved, and really frustrating.
Account appears disabled. Our center says everything is fine at their end to call customer service. They don't answer their phones. Not worth paying for
Worst app might as well get online and do it. It won't even let me in says my credentials are invalid, I reset my password three times, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Save yourself the hassle and just do it by the website. I contacted support and still haven't heard anything from them
I log in and the home screen is blank from the app. No problems with the website so I'm guessing this isn't a supported app anymore. This is the only WatchMeGrow app in the Google play store, so I can't upload a newer version.
Was working fine last week. However this week I am continuously getting a network error. I've confirmed that it is not on my end. Pretty frustrating. I've emailed support with screenshot.
It is absolutely wonderful to be able to check on your kids during the day. At any time. You are also checking on the teachers. I have this for my granddaughter first. Now my grandson. If this was available when my kids were in daycare, I would have been a lot less stressed at work. Great app!!!
I am trying to log in through the app , but it keeps saying my credentials are incorrect. However, when I go through the browser, I have no issues! Very frustrating!!
App crashes when rotating screen to landscape.
I love the app! Coming from a daycare that didn't have a method of viewing my child has made me appreciate the convience of this app. Quickly being able to login and see my daughter is great! switching between cameras is great, and if you time out it is easy to get back in. Great app!
Desktop credentials are invalid when entering them on the app. Tried using the exact same credentials and confirmed that but still no access on the app.
Horrible. It constantly kicks me off and I can only login a few times a day before it locks me out completely. It's a nightmare.
Bad video quality, and for weeks now has been unable to connect to even that. Overall horrible user experience.
When I try to login it tells me invalid username/password, even though I use the same login for the desktop site. After reading the reviews it's a common issue. Please fix!!
I have installed and uninstalled this app 3 times now and have attempted to log in with an error message telling ms, "invalid username or password". I can access the cameras from the watch me grow internet page but not this app....
Very blury and distant. Cant see everything whats going on. Especially when lights are low. Gas station cams better.
Update to v2.2.3 14 hours ago has left me unable to view my child's classroom due to an error "communicating with this service." I had no app issues prior to this update. I contacted the WatchMeGrow help desk for resolution.
Video is choppy on the app while it streams fine via the website. High quality video is enabled, but still plays very choppy
Update to 2.2.2 can't communicate with server. The app started working as I was composing an email to support@watchmegrow after uninstall/reinstall.
Can't give an accurate review. I can't log on using the app just the internet! Have reset my pw 2x. Just keeps saying my login credentials aren't valid.
Is this the latest version? I logged in and only saw pictures with lights off, not live video. All the cameras work well through my laptop and computers. Please fix it!
It wood be better to have zoom option
App not Good at opening in portrait. For some reason, opening in portrait mode prevents the video feed from streaming without distortion. I have to turn my phone to landscape and then turn the phone upright to correct. Update: the issue seems to result when I check the option for high resolution video and the phone is held in portrait position. Edit: developer responded to my comments. They're suggestion did not resolve the problem.
