I do not understand an app for your phone that only works on your home network. The idea of having access to your programs on your DVR is so you can watch away from home. Why would I watch on my PC or phone while at home, when I can just turn on my TV. Xfinity's app let's you watch recorded, live and On demand anywhere. This is useless. I gave it 2 stars because it works in my house.
UPDATE 5/16/19: The app now works for me. Most shows direct you to a separate app though... for instance, when I click on GoT it simply directs me to the HBO app. Same with Daily Show (directs to Comedy Central app), etc. This is basically a television guide & not much more. But I can sign in now, so that's something(ish). App does not work at all. Can't even log in. I am very happy with my internet and TV services, but this app is a piece of garbage.
First and foremost don't tell me to contact you via social media. I don't use social media and alot of people don't so how can we contact you through other means. I can't login and when I do it logs me right out again. This app needs a major overhaul. Maybe someone with know how on how an android app is made and or works. The email for the dev is for the apple app. For a company that makes millions I'm sure they can hire competent android programmers to make the app.
The worst internet provider in eastcoast company before this attbd and the other before that its just gets worst internet just bad wifi not working as intended the support teams takes days or weeks on phone to get a hold of this app for TV don't work as intended
I can't watch anything. It is a video browsing app without a media player.
Took over our wow! Service. App doesn't work. Just says reload every time I try.
App doesn't work on tablet or phone. Says my password is wrong even after I reset it. When it does come up won't play most the time and if I am on my wifi extender I can't use it because I have to be on home network. Can't believe I am saying this but I really miss Comcast.
Can't even sign in on the app. ABB is the worst! The internet cuts out all the time, theres no answers to simple questions about the tv, there's hardly any HD channels, and they can't even get an app to work. Go with a different service!
I was all excited to be able to watch some of my shows that I havnt been able to catch up on.......Atlantic broadband has caught up with the times I thought!!! This is basically a TV guide, I went to the show I wanted to watch and it directs me to download the network app. that the show is on. How freaking misleading is that? Why say that u can watch all your shows on this app. then have to go install another app. to actually watch the show. I'm pissed....please update your app.
App will not run on my tablet running Android 10! Only option I get is to reload. I've learned that I can operate through a web browser but it often refers me to the app. And now I discover, I have to jump through hoops to watch anything! Where is the live tv?
App is absolutely horrible it has not worked once since I have had it. The company said in a YouTube video that they are called the mini Comcast but at least Comcast has all of there apps working all the time
App will not open. App still doesn't work.
It took almost a year to get an update out and guess what? Still unable to log in, same error message. Apparently people who made this app and update doesn't believe in quality control.
"No channels match your current selection" is usually what displays. Typically useless.
Atlantic has the worst customer service of any company on the planet. I waited 4 hours on the phone on hold on Sunday and 2 hours on the phone on Monday. They promote you can stream online which you can not. False advertising. A tech just left my house today and was not able to do anything. If you have any options what so ever pick anyone else.
Why even bother having this app? it's a channel guide at best. I can't wait for the cable industry to go down the tubes. Let me pick and pay for the 5 channels I watch instead of paying for 100 I don't.
I've been with Atlantic broadband for two years two long I will definitely be switching to AT&T next week instead of paying for another month it's the worst provider I've ever had.
Is the worst tv cable I ever see. Everything is old. Equipment. Etc. The guide. How to finds shows. I hate it. Terrible app, doesn't work.
Never worked from the first tume loaded i see it as a feature they offer you to make it sound like your gwtting your moneies worth. it reality its just trash and not just using phone app, same problem with a laptop computer.
Downloaded app doesn't load at all useless.figured would be able to get movie while sitting outside nothing useless as I see from reviews needs a updates have no trouble using my Florida app for TV
Service is terrible here at Miami beach...No reps available by phone, the wait time is usually 3 hours. What is going on?? The web chat is unavailable, this is unacceptable 😑. Deciding to go check out ATT..
This app is ridiculous. Does not let you watch anything when you are away from home. Why would I watch shows in my laptop or phone if I can watch them at home? It makes this app useless.
The site says I can "ENJOY YOUR FAVORITE SHOWS & MOVIES WHEREVER YOU ARE" As long as I am at home or some place that can connect to my wifi. Very misleading... It may be time to switch back to Kodi....
We have the correct password and sign in and it won't let us sign in 😡 It's ridiculous. We even have it written down with our installation paperwork.
Honestly a total joke. As an IT professional, the "online" experience is probably the worst I've ever had. I've had DirectTV, Xfinity, and Fios before being stuck with Breezeline and having 0 other options. Want to watch TV online like they claim you can? Too bad. Get redirected to Amazon Video or whatever other app they choose. So watching tv online isn't actually an option so how about updating what you really "offer". Customer service is even worse.
