No notifications on phone. This is critical for a kids product that claims that it contributes to child safety. One cannot possibly check one's phone all the time. One comment on notifications was posted 8mths ago but the developer has not responded.
Excellent watch phone for my 8 yr old it's durable and the app works very well and it does exactly what it says on the tin.
Not updating even when refresh is pressed several times. iOS version is more reliable than Android. Pls fix this.
Please do something to make sure there is a notification when a message comes in. So ridiculous to actually open the app to check for messages!
Poor on the latest android. For those that aren't receiving notifications TURN OFF BATTERY OPTIMISATION in android settings they will then work.
Needs to have notifications of messages sent and sos - shouldn't have to log into app to get these- please upgrade!!
No notifications. And the map view doesn't load most of the time

Very poor,everything worked on initial set up and that was it.I can make calls but not locate,and I only have it a few hours.I was expecting more considering the price tag.
The app work well but the problem is that you do not get any alerts for messages sent unless you open the app to check. It should pop up quickly and automatically like any messaging app.
All is well except for receiving messages.. no alerts unless i open up the app to check. So if my child pressed SOS during class mode, i wont know. Also no alert ehen the watch is taken off.. pls do something. Thk u
GPS not working and can't get a response from support for help. Disappointed.
I like it...but I need to know how to set the time on the watch.
I hope there are more options for class mode. It is not enough option with mornig and after noon.
Not sure why my alarms are not synched with the watch. Other things are synched normally. Could you please help?

Easy to use
Using Samsung Galaxy s6. The interface is buggy. No sound/vibration when receiving message from the watch. The activity tab isn't working. Every time I click on it the app freezes and shuts down. Just feels awkward to use. Considering that you need this app for the watch to function and the price tag you really need to step up your game here. Fix it!
I cant see the map when i go in to lacation
Can't pass pairing screen. The pairing screen using QR method takes forever, and when it's done, it just pops "Invalid Binding Code" error, which is really nonsense. The product says it supports 3G signal, and I put in my 4G sim card, can it be the problem? Nobody is using 3G in Singapore!
