Overall a great app. Sure there are some minor issues but this is a great aggregator app for watch aficionados like me. Responding to a comments below - sure some sources are biased (read: sold their souls and post mostly advertising masquerading as articles and reviews) but I can live with that content as I find that most watch articles are interesting and relevant (even the biased ones). The fact that I can get content aggregated in this format is a time saver and a really neat feature.

Good content, but app has issues. Switched from a pixel 2 to an Xperia 5ii, and the app doesn't render properly for a taller screen. There is a significant amount of blank black space below the 2 article headlines that show up. This is persistent across the app (articles, settings, clock).

Clunky and slow/impossible to load articles at times. I know it's free, but come on guys. ** now posting after almost a year: these guys seem to have no desire to improve on an otherwise great idea. I've dropped my rating to one star. Seems like management has left the room and turned off the lights. It's really too bad, though...

Content generally pretty good. Loading of articles most of the time pretty bad. Come on guys you can do better. And pls remove Haute Time. What's that all about?? One might almost think they're owned by LVMH W&J. Almost every article is about Hublot - and never contains a genuine opinion.

Simple, effective. Sad it doesn't offer a widget to replace my default time widget.

Oh how I wish the "time" feature can be set as a lock screen wallpaper...

Very good app and very good watch information.

Hodinkee distinguishes itself as THE premier horological go-to app. From vintage & contemporary collecting, reviews, industry news, & everything else involved with the affilction, Hodinkee is (again) THE go-to, THE plug, THE joint. Any self respecting watch afficionado or industry stiff has their finger on the pulse of what Hodinkee is publishing; whether thru the video or printed medium, Hodinkee's where it's at. Me personally? 4 stars. 'Nuff said.

Why is the menu pink on white and why can't I change it?

Love the app but has started having two major issues: 1- most images in articles are now not loading 2 - the option to open the article in a browser has now been removed. So we're stuck with seeing half complete articles that we can't open in a browser so then need to search for the site, and search for the article.. used to be great, and still is daily reading for me, but we all NEED that 'open in browser' option back asap, especially so now that images refuse to load in 99% of articles.

This used to be a fantastic place for news & the latest releases. BUT NOW ITS TERRIBLE. News feed & Pages won't display pictures anymore so whats the point in having it installed ? It's been like this for the last 6 months regardless of the amount of people complaining about it. The developers just don't care about it & have moved on to new pastures.

I'm uninstalling this app and not reinstalling it until they turn the in-app browser feature off or make it optional.

Content is fine, but always have trouble loading pages. Either takes forever or requires me to try loading it many times. Very frustrating

Would love this app if it worked properly, articles fail to load and when they do, the pictures do not. Really disappointing as the articles are a great read.

Great app. Has all the watch news you could possibly desire. However, the app loads articles extremely slow, pictures take forever, sometimes I just give up on waiting. I also wish you could pinch zoom on the pictures within the app.

Good content when it loads. Often articles do not load. App malfunctions more often than not.

I think the speed which are commented here is not understandable...Since it differs from regions to regions. I'm living in the country renowned for having the fastest internet speed on the planet. From this, i didn't have any issues with the pics loading slow.

Honestly could you please just make a separate app with the atomic clock only. That's really all I use it for and I'd love a dedicated app that's smaller yet.

I love the app but it has become almost useless to me due to it's incredible slowdown. Really, you need to fix it as a priority.

Pictures take forever to load no matter what network I'm connected to.

Can no longer choose which browser articles open in, instead it uses the slow in-app browser. I uninstalled this update and downloaded the old version from online.

Does what it says.... Best of all, all blogs for watch enthusiasts are here to follow in one app. Only request... Bring that watch as a widget. This app is really well made n beautifully presented. PLEASE give THE WATCH AS WIDGET DEVELOPERS...

It is what it is. A reliable app, with good content! Could be a tad speedier loading pages and pictures.

The page can't zoom in as they are not made for mobile friendly view.
