The boat symbols stayed stagnant for over 15 minutes. The ETA's were all over the place and 100% inaccurate.
Accurate app for Fort Lauderdale water taxi service. A good way to tour the intercoastal area of Fort Lauderdale.

Echoing other users. Tried this twice. It is USELESS. Actually worse than useless because it gives bogus info. The taxi is great though! Don't let this horrible app spoil your experience. Play store should remove.
App now working on both Android and iPhone. Needs permission in settings before 'where am I' function works. Very useful for when is next boat information. Route map is not as easy as a paper map but use both together and all becomes clear. App is a little slow and still opens with a white screen. Pleased I downloaded it.
Not sure about anything on this app because it never worked. Crashes constantly.
An app that only shows a white page is not much use to anyone! Sorry, but in its current state it is, at best, an Alpha version. :-(
Will not open. Water Taxi company should not endorse this app by advertising it on their propaganda.
Why have an app if I have to get a pdf via email, to get a barcode, to scan, and then print a ticket.

Do not dnload....complete waste of time. Your boats are great and so is your service but please don't tell people to use your app until you make it work correctly. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
This isn't an app. Literally doesn't open so by definition not an app. I need to invoice Water Taxi for the time I wasted "installing" this and then writing a review of something that doesn't exist.

INCOMPLETE APP. People want to know the departure and arrival TIMES (or at least approximately) for each destination point. If I make plans to lunch at Shooters or Bokampers I want to know WHEN I can get a TAXI ride afterwards TO LAS OLAS & BACK not just the map of where the routes go! Couldn't find them on your app and I looked 5 times! Navigation is lacking. The actual ride on the taxi is FUN & worthwhile but the critical information on arrival and departure times is key. Have to call them.
