Watercolor Effect- Watercolor Photo & Photo Paint

I was so impressed with the filters until i realized that saving or sharing was impossible - it reverts back to the original picture. After reading the reviews, this is happening to everyone! It doesn't work at all and I'm disappointed that I assumed a level of quality since it was reviewed well in the app store. I have sent an email and hope it can be resolved but I'm cynical having now read the other reviews.

This app has some cool filters, but I haven't been able to use it for over month because when I upload a photo, it says "No styles available, please check internet connection." My phone is definitely connected to wifi, so there's gotta be some kind of bug with one of the latest updates, or the app is no longer being maintained. Either way, pretty poor experience.

Unimpressive. All it does is alter the color tonality and then overlays the image. There was no pixel alteration or manipulation—which is something to be expected in order to achieve a more accurate representation when emulating what an actual painting looks like. Also not a fan of the "rate 5-stars to unlock additional filters" ploy by this dev. Side note, for those that don't know you don't _actually_ have to rate anything at all when this pops up. Just click okay and then back to the app..

I see potential with this app if only it had an instructions of help file. For example, if you dot move the slide, assuming that the effect is on full, as initially displayed, no changes will be saved, even though the app claims it saved correctly, Once you accidentally discover this oddity (since there are no instructions) it works well. I paid for the full set of filters. When i save an image it save as the original and not the filtered result. Assistance requires you go to the developers, whose website is rather unfriendly.

Has the potential to be a neat app. Import mode only worked on a few photos and most filters never would work. Even after waiting for them to load, it wouldn't change the effect. App crashes after trying more than 2 effects on a single photo. Took forever to try all the available effects just on one picture and none of them were an actual watercolor effect.

Horrible app. Worked well as free app. Was asked to rate to unlock 5 filters. This was, shall we say the opposite of the truth. Still liked the filters I had been using so I paid to unlock the rest. The app stopped working, immediately. It would seem to worked but when I went to download they was no joy to be had. It was only $2.99, however I still want a refund.

I've installed many dozens of apps now in search for something easy yet realistic. I've paid big dollars for useless apps yet this one for a tiny $4 is the best one I've found by far! I'd like to see a cropping tool but I did that in another app then applied the artistic features here so no big problem at all. I'm really impressed!! Finally a photo to art app that does what it's designed to do! Well worth installing. $4 and no ads so far too! Well done! Thank you so much

None of the unlocked filters were worth anything. They need to take watercolor off of the name. As a photographer and a watercolorist, I can tell you that it doesn't look anything like watercolor, it just looks like cheap photo filters. I had it uninstalled within minutes of installing... As soon as I went through the few unlocked filters.

It probably has potential, but not a single ond of the free filters can be applied to a picture. The picture remains the same, and just in case the filter is only applied when you download the picture with thst filter checked, I tried it. It says that there is no effect to save.

I only gave a five star review to unlock extra filters. The water marks suck, it probably costs too much, and the lack of true versatility to adapt the filters in a more customizable way sucks. Edited my review to a one star, the app only lets you test one or two filters and then it has an error that restarts the process from scratch... Wtfe sad not even half decent devs just trying to rip people off by stealing other apps filters. What the hell ever.

doesn't have watercolor effect. just 15 settings that change the color. no watercolor effects?? also, crashes all the time after paid for unlock so features. got refund through Google. had to go in desktop to get it. this is either a SCAM or at best an app that needs a LOT of work and needs to change the name because it is not watercolor effects.

The app was working fine for the first few photos, then it wouldn't apply filters, save the photos correctly and finally starting showing an error and closing the app almost immediately. It has potential to be a good app but I definitely would not pay to use it.

Wanted me to leave a 5* review in order to unlock filters. But wouldn't even show me what my chosen pic looked like once the filter was applied. There was no difference. I see many people have paid to unlock filters and the app won't let them save the image anyway. Sounds like a rip off which is a shame as someone recommended this app to me as a recommendation they had from a family member but I don't know how they got it to work at all!

The app didn't work at all. (I have an android so maybe that's why, who knows) Every effect I tried to use it would load and then say error and nothing happened. After trying 4 or 5 different effects with none of them working an icon popped up saying I could unlock 5 more effects if I left a 5 star review. Why would I unlock more and leave a great review when nothing worked in the first place. Every time I tried to click on a new effect the icon would pop up again. Total waste of time.

Paid to have full features of the app, which turns out to be useless. As someone else said, all it does it save the original copy of the picture and not the edited version. Tried saving, emailing it, sharing it, etc. Nothing. A big waste of time and money.

Good Grief, tried this app despite the multiple highly accurate one star reviews. Attempted multiple times to try the various free effects. Out of 10 attempts, 2 actually worked. The 10th and final was in the process of happening when app crashed. Uninstalling this was of time app. Seriously, don't bother with this one.

WHAT'S THE POINT? I upgraded to allow all the filters, I modified a couple of photos and when I selected 'save' the photos are in my collection but without any changes, simply the same photos, duplicated. What's the point?

Can I have my money back? App worked until I paid for it, now it wont do anything. Filters just load and dont do anything 99% of the time, and on the rare occasion that it works you cant save the image anyway, it just saves the original photo. Complete waste of time and money. App needs serious support and judging by the comments, I'm not the only one. Worst app on the store!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1. After paying 2.99 to unlock "all" the features, I find I only have access to 15. From there I am notified that I ALSO need to leave a 5 star rating to unlock 5 more watercolor features. I do this, but nothing else is unlocked. It said I'd get 30 different designs, but only recieved 15. But I still figured I give it a shot, since I've already paid for it. Well, now it wont even load the filter to my images. Keeps shutting down. I want my money back.

Paid for the premium app, everything is still locked, and 8 times out of 10 it doesn't change the picture to the desired effect. My pictures didn't save after I applied the desired effect. No customer service response to my questions or refund.

Just starting to use this app. Needed to leave a review to unlock more. so far is neat but, turning my pics into very pink watercolors - even when sliding the scale to less pink, it takes away the water color effect. hopefully, as I unlock, they will get better

Worst photo editing app I have ever used and I use these kinds of apps all the time. The effects are only so so at best and more than half of the time it freezes up and won't apply the filters at all. Don't bother with this one.

Hope it's going to be great. So far, so good!( They were to unlock 5 more different kinds of images for a good rating. They didn't and the app does not give any good quality photo creations.)******Update..tried again. They won't even ket you try it till you give them 5 star review. Then they are to unlock 5 different new versions for you...which they didn't do last time or when I have reopened it a year later.

I like the effects these filters add to my images. There are not many FREE filters, it would be great to try more filters to embelish my work. Easy to use, great filters, looks like I will be able to add interesting effects to my images.

This app is garbage. It forces you to leave a review to get filters. Then when you try to save your work it says it saves correctly but just saves the original picture. I did this countless times before realizing its just a waste of my time kind of app. Uninstall.

Error. That's all I get. Error. I paid 2.99 to unlock filters and remove watermark. No matter what i do none of the filters work. I just keep getting an error. Total rip off if this is how this app is supposed to function

Can't get it to do anything, it just shows the unedited photo even after its apparently rendered the image. Then says i have to leave 5 stars to unlock features... Well that explains why such a useless app has got good reviews. Not happening with my matey... Save your time and pick something else

Sadly I paid to unlock all effects but none of them work. When enhancing a photo, the loading bar gets half way, stops and the app seems to think it's finished although the picture is unchanged. Complete waste of money.

Downloaded, imported photo and then nothing. No controls, nothing changed, no filters or effects visible. A pop up kept saying no style available check your connection. My internet is working fine (otherwise I wouldn't be posting this!) Total rubbish.

I paid the couple of quid but nothing changes when you apply the different filters, I've given it time to load and change but still nothing. Not to mention how many times the app freezes.
