My 5 yr old had a blast with the program he has learned and experienced so much with it! I recommend this app to ANYONE with young children.

Login works, but this app is pretty useless without the progress dashboards- which holds your child's scores, progress, areas of difficulty, completed objectives, etc. PLEASE ADD IT TO THE APP! So basically this is only good to see if your child has completed the weekly requirements and some of their achievements (doesn't include everything they do). Side note: it's way too easy to delete a child's information (I almost pressed it on accident) so if there isn't a "confirm" feature, it needs one

I really enjoy the app access, being able to check my child's progress while I am away is great. I have confidence that she is still completing her work when I am not there. The app does not allow you to start sessions, but you can view progress, achievements and messages sent by your progress coach.

Read your feedback... you have got to fix the login. The app is completely unusable in it's current state. Impossible to login with Google account or manual login with the assistance of a Password Manager. Every attempt to login leads to the same result as other users have mentioned. The app sends a toast that the sign in was approved and then it goes right back to the login screen.

We're just beginning to use Waterford Mentor but this is a serious upgrade from previous times my kids have done Upstart. I feel that the app is really easy to use and there's almost no difference between the mobile experience and the online experience. Love that I can access most information without being at my desktop.

This will be the FOURTH time I've completed the parent introductory videos... yes, completed on a computer NOT my phone. Yes I have pictures of them all completed. Started this process in September. Very SLOW to get back to you. Sure once I get to the program it'll be great, but getting there total joke! So beyond frustrated with this!!

I love this app and it was great because I can keep tracking for my kids' homework to keep it up. Until now, I don't know how my app log out so I went to log in but it keep bring me back to log in, over and over again. I can't get in. My typing, my email and password were correctly. It very annoy and I can't check my mentor and how my kids' are doing their homework.

Great companion app. I've had three children in the Waterford UPSTART program before and my child enrolled now is the first I've had this app for. It is so nice to be able to access his times and what he's learned so I can reiterate what's been learned (I let them do the work alone and I review with them later). This app has been a great addition to the program.

This app is so handy for keeping up on your child's minutes and also gives you some great tips on different ways to engage with your children. You can also access tons of really great resources and print outs to keep your child's mind constantly learning in fun ways.

I love being able to track my child's progress with a fingertap on my phone. I can see progress even while she's "in class"! I love the personalized emails to help me find ways to help my child be more successful in the program. Cannot say enough good things!

Was logged in, using the app perfectly fine. Today, the app logged me out, and I am unable to log in using my Google account as I did before. As others have said, after I log in and approve the login, it takes me right back to the main log in screen. I tried about 6 times.

I enjoy being able to keep track of our time spent on upstart. Also shows things they have learned, and that's fun to bring up with them or expand upon. You can see emails from them there as well, but I honestly do not check those.

Working great. Glad I can see my child's progress. I hope one day we can do the system on a phone. I just want to say in the few months my child has been using this program my 5 year old is already reading!!! Thank you so much he will be ready for Kindergarten this year and ahead of the game. I cannot wait to try the other sections this summer.

I also had a hard time logging in. Eventually it did let me. However, I don't know what the benefit of this app is. I thought it would be a way for the kids to use the program without needing to be on the computer, which would really be more convenient. That is not what this is. This is just a way to check your child's statistics, which is important, but easily done on the computer when the child is finished with they're lesson for the day.

I tried to login with the app after making a profile on my computer. I used Facebook to create an account so I used Facebook to login on the app. It takes me to the Facebook login and says login approved when I enter the email/password, but it doesn't move past the login in screen. I can't give more stars because I'm not able to login and access my account.

Handy. I still feel like the dashboard monitoring page on the desktop is easier to use and see requirements being met. Butt this is useful in it's own right.

This has been really useful for keeping track of my child's progress. I would give it five stars except for one thing. It keeps logging me out and for some reason it is extremely hard for me to log in using my Google account. This is the only app I have ever had this trouble with. It is very frustrating.

Horrible app needs support and won't offer. I need to reset my password, so a code gets sent to your email. Check you email for the code, and the screen to reset password comes up again. Says code is invalid and sends new code. Rinse wash repeat. I'd like a way to check progress please! I cannot rest my password.

I appreciate that I can see when my kids have completed their time requirement for the day. The report is a little delayed, unfortunately. I wish they would add a notification feature that would notify me every time my kid completed a session with how much time the session was.

I like it because I can see if my little sister did one if her Waterford at school and if she did not I can tell her that she has to do one.

Easiest way to see my child's minutes. I like the suggestions in the messages too. It's a little finicky sometimes, but usually works without trouble.

I love seeing how my kids are doing and checking up on them. I do miss the dashboard that showed and compared where they are out to where they statistically should be.

I think this is a great opportunity for my daughter she's learning and having fun with letters and writing and numbers thanks for enrolling my child

I cannot do anything in this app. I keep getting a notification that I have a message but when I go in here it says there is no message. Also none of the other options work it just stays in the messages option.

Ive only used this for 5 minutes, but i was able to log in and view my child's progress just fine. Im not sure if this app will get mich use from me, I usually check the progress on the computer after my child finishes her session.

My child loves it, I couldn't have chosen a better way for my child to learn English. I definitely recommend it to those who has child that are in need of help to learning.

This program is absolutely amazing! My daughter has learned so much, in such a short period of time. It warms my heart how excited my daughter gets, when its time to jump on Waterford. She would stay on all day if I would let her.

When I log in it goes directly back to log in screen. It won't let me in the app. I've signed in over and over and it keeps telling me to log in.

Just starting this way of teaching at home. Computer illiterate father this app and learning program makes learning and teach easy, effective, and fun.

App functions well. It does log out from time to time. Wish there was a way to message the family liason through the app. instead of calling.
