Waterway Pool Control

Suddenly, it simply does not work. Starting the app result is one of two things. (1) A white screen. No options to do anything. Just a white screen, or (2) A screen saying "No internet connection" with a "Try Again" button. No other choices. Trying again does nothing. I reset the network settings on the pool keypad. Does nothing. App completely useless now.

12)05/19 update. Reached out to Waterway and they spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue. Turns out my don't was set too large on my phone to allow all the text in the app to show. All is good now! Likek others I cannot see my pool temp since the last update. That is kind of important you know!

Basic pool pump scheduler works good, but thermostat temp is ignored & temp readout isnt dynamically updated in app. Must refresh app to see temp changes. Support states must shut off heat first to make temp changes, then turn heat back on. However, set temp is still ignored, so thermostat is useless. Current app version incompatible with Android v9. Cannot recommend.

Love it. Works as described, Had the password issue but I called and the app register the first password I tried. Even though it's giving an error about the password just try to log in with the first password you put in the app.

I love it, it works like it should. I just finished installing the system and tested the pool and spa with heater also the lights system , blower for the spa , water slide and water work. My system is: Pentair mastertemp 400 Pentair interflow VSF 3HP 356928

Doesn't control heat. Lost all functionality after restarting internet (only have a blank screen and cannot perform trouble shooting).

Says password must be unique when making account. put a unique 12 digit password and it says sorry this field must be unique. No further discription. Can't even Make an account. Dont waste your time it's trash.

This app does not support the latest version of Android, which has been out for a long time. Amateur clown shoes.

Does the basics, saved my system due to TX freeze and console display going dead.

Unstable, sometimes android platform stops or white out..

terrible, crashes all the time completely useless

It fails to connect too often.

After the most recent update this allows more control over my spa.

Terrible connectivity

This is a terrible app, not only does the app constantly crash, it crashes the entire pool controller which then needs to be rebooted on site. Looks elsewhere for pool contrals.

Works OK. It's kind of clunky. Security seems lacking.
