Unable to complete reset password via app It does not allow user to enter 2nd digit of the one time 6 digit code. Not able to complete online sales tradaction
Worst ever! Had to retry several times and when eventually made payment, app told me payment unsuccessful. At the same moment i received bank notice that i had just made a purchase at Watson e-store. Called Watson but they couldn't find the transaction and so cannot help. Now trying to stop payment at bank! What an experience! 👎👎👎👎
Awfully stupid app. Absolutely to draw away customers. Payment unsuccessful and the app said my coupon code was already used when retry.
cannot sign uP .cannot login it keeps saying wrong email although I put exactly the same I used for sign up.
When I got notified, I cannot get into particular related page, even sometimes, the server was too busy to give me a blank page. It really ffrustrated me! Now I turned off the notification prompting!
Unable to login to the existing account even after password changes. Unable to register to a new account and just kept loading with no response. Very disappointing. The same thing happened to many customers based on the existing comments of the Watsons App. Please fix the problem asap.
the app is very user-unfriendly
1. Slow app. Sometimes page not even load need restart app. 2. Emails sent to old email address even if contact info displays new email address. 3. Order status not update. I got a call from the store asking why I'm not collecting my order. Order collected 2 days now yet status is still "packing".
Very poor customer service. I am calling the hotline for whole day but no one answer the phone. No one returns the call even you leave the phone number. The stock has back on shelves but only received the notification after two weeks. Very bad customer service. I think Watsons is a very bad company in Hong Kong
I registered with my phone number years ago. They changed to only allow email address log in. I tried signing up with my email, but then they asked for my phone number. I entered my phone number, it says I have already had an account under this number. How stupid it can be???
finally managed to login to the shopping page, however, there is NOTHING for me to select on "collect in Watsons store", not from the list nor map....... can someone fix this? (same to its webpage) you would probably want to run some migration testing before u do any changes to the apps next time....
Please stop updating the app every 2 days. It's taking up more and more space on my phone, yet I don't see any change that improve user experience. It's completely unnecessary and annoying.
Frustrated by this app which doesn't let you become a new member or login as an existing member! The overall design looks fine, but many functions don't work! What's the point of this app?
After updated the app, when I tried to open "my favourite" list, the app shuted. When I tried to open the app again, I have to queue all the way AGAIN!!!!
If you open you apps from the notification, it only displayed a blank screen. It only works when you open by the apps icon after 3 or 4 times

I wanna to join the Pampers promotion to buy the goods over $2500, unfortunately the app notify me that only $1800 goods available after debt my credit card! It is unreasonable!!
No way to successfully register no matter i hv link or delink my money back account. Can't beleive such a big group in HK can roll out such useless APP?!?! Did anyone from IT team nor PR team ever QC the APP, check the utilization figuers and repsond to those 1 star comment!!!! Seems no one care

No English version... app language is in Chinese with no easy or obvious way to change the language to english.
There is always a waiting time and they keep updating the page too frequently which takes up more space in my phone.
very bad shopping experience using the app, wrong delivery and pick up information/bugs, wasting a lot of time.
