I received the wrong item. Customer service is so bad. The hotline hung up on me. The live chat option in the app is completely useless. There is no live agent to talk to. The prompts were not helpful at all. This is aside from the slow response of the app and the several bugs (e.g. when I delete a product, a different product gets deleted). Not user-friendly and sometimes very frustrating to use.

The experience wasn't that satisfying. There are unnecessary display that are bothering me, the simpler the better and if someone who will use this app, that are not techy it will surely confuse them. In addition, you must include the 'thru email' log in for a more efficient and less hassle usage. Facebook direct log in is not that reliable. Lastly, please do something to let the user log in more easier and faster. Thank you.

Terrible design, bloated & slowed down by unnecessary animations, search is unintelligent, it won't show items that are close or similar to the search term, you have to know exactly what you're looking for, which defeats the purpose. Wish lists & previous purchase history also got removed when they redesigned the app, annoying. It also doesn't have a provision for SC & PWD discounts, which is already a violation of the law since there should be no distinction between online & offline purchases!

The app is so clunky. It keeps on getting errors. The chatbot is useless, no one's answering. No agent is answering the number posted in the contacts section, it will immediately hang up. App keeps crashing. It crashed right after I entered my cc details. The payment pushed through but my order is not even confirmed, the order was not reflected in my account. SUPER BAD SERVICE. Just go to other drugstore instead

Ordered and paid already 7 items for home delivery express via app. They cancelled it via email only saying "due to no delivery". No guidance on how to get refund and how soon. Their hotline number also terminates the call automatically when trying to connect to an agent. I have a consecutive order that arrived already. But for my first order they cancelled, amounting to almost PHP 2K, I am frustrated with the service. Now, I have to shell out another almost 2K and buy them at a physical store.

Extremely poor UI. Just the few minutes of using and I already want to uninstall. It kept asking to enter a delivery address and kept wiping out the items I have added to the cart. Never using it again. Will be uninstalling. Thank goodness I haven't bought anything - it'll be a shame if I wasted my money on an app that barely works. Thanks for nothing

It says my member card is registered, but I do not remember registering it anywhere. If I try to reset the password using mobile phone, it lands on a screen with incorrect labels (seems to the keys for the strings as they seem to be missing from resource file -- I'm a dev) and raises an error on input only accepting numbers, but I only have inputted numbers. It's frustrating and I think you've released the app hoping that no one already tries to use the forget password function, but here we are

Dissappointing and deceiving that I have to write a review. Products are overpriced and poor service. My first 3 orders were ok but after that its always a fail. I made sure to choose express delivery but after payment it turns to standard. Some orders are incomplete. The live chat is slow and its difficult to type there. They make you wait then tells you that you have been idle for a long time and won't answer yourl. I am willing to pay extra for convenience but this just fails. Uninstall it

In the latest update, It always sign me out everytime I clicked the My Account page. It says "UIID not found" or "process is unsuccessful". Additionally, I can't redeem my points while checking out, I click on redeem and nothing happens. This app is too buggy. 0/10.

My orders were cancelled because of 3PL issues. This happened two consecutive times, and both orders were my very first and second orders. Customer service is helpful, though. However, I am not instantly refunded for the cancelled orders that I did not cancel. I look forward to being refunded. It's a hassle..

It was okay before, but right now they got me automatically logged out. I can't remember the password but I do know the registered email. So I requested the reset password link. They sent it to me but it doesn't work at all. I have a screenshot of it if you want to see. It says "SUBMIT FAILED, PLEASE RETRY, JWT String Argument cannot be null or empty." I don't want to connect it with my Facebook, it's a No No dude.😵

adding to cart takes a lot of time and loading. express delivery is available then it shows an error and is frustrating to go back and forth. the express option should be available upon check out andd should not make you enter another order on a different cart. it doesn't make sense. if you're blocking out some of the items coz it's not available for express. just prompt which item is unavailable and not block the whole order processing under express.

It is good to have online transactions with watson however this app is very slow. If You click the product to see the discription you need to wait at least 7 seconds and more(i have strong signal), it so frustrating at times. And it doesn't show much about registering for membership. They need to improve everything.

DO NOT EVER ORDER ON WATSONS ONLINE, It's a SCAM!!! My order has been Shipping Status for more than a month now. I have raised multiple tickets and consistently asked via live chat but the customer service is very slow, no one can answer why my order was not yet delivered. Worst thing is I already paid for it and no one knows when it will be delivered. So frustrating!!!! Update: I asked for refund but even the process of refund is slow.

Same key word search on both app and site do not provide same results. Neither do the in-stock tick box display the same. If same product is found on site and app, the app can auto change the count chosen, w/o explanation while the site doesn't. When express delivery is chosen on app is chosen not all products (if compared to the site) is available for purchase. In stock tick box still displays sold out products.

9 days and still waiting for the orders to come. Worried so much if my meds and vits has been exposed to high temperature. Cant reach the logistics and its customer service in any way. Always created new ticket for my inquiry(auto generated) but its just a waste of time because it is not resolved or maybe no one is looking onto it. Really frustrating!!!

Disappointing app. I purchased a watsons card and registered it. However the registration was frustratingly unsuccessful. Says it is already activated but I haven't. Tried the forget password feature to access but the feature was also not functional. What a waste of money! Poor service.

I ordered something on sale and got confirmation in my email the next day; when I went to pick it up, I was turned away, because they needed a text. Looking at the disclaimers its 2-3 business days for click and pick and here I am on the 2nd day being turned away at the door. Very inconvenient.

Delivery is fast. Easy to. Order. Delivery rider are customer friendly. The only problem here is the live chat. They are kind of slow. So pray not to encounter problem because everything else is perfect. This is the store you can rely on. Fast and cheap shipping fee. Just don't encounter problem like after paying the item is out of stock because rebate is kind of slow unless you will just replace the item. This is the time , where problem arise. So far, it's my first time to encounter problem

This should be 0 rating. I ordered and paid the item in full for express delivery where I expect it to have arrive within 4 hrs. I haven't received the item and waited for more than a day until now. This is wrong advertising! No customer support is answering my inquiries. They did not resolved the issue. Useless app. They will just get your money and leave you hanging. I should have used other better app instead. Lesson learned, I will not order in this app ever again.

This app is not helpful when ordering online. Very slow processing on either delivery or pick up in store. Express delivery is not available in most area. Chatbox is useless. FAQ discusses membership only. Very frustrating.

It's a good app especially for those who are located in the provinces with limited watsons products to choose from. However, the app itself always crashes.

The app us really good. But once in a while, it takes quite some time to initialize. You can check your Watsons Card status and see your purchase history in-store and the app. I highly recommend the EXPRESS Delivery Option from the App. Same Day Delivery within 4 hours of ordering!

I just installed this app yesterday. We have a Watson store inside my village, 5-10 minutes away from my house. So I excitedly installed this, positively thinking I would get a fast, good service. Watson even emailed me, it was on its way. Nothing. So before I waste my time ordering from this app again, I'd rather just go to the store myself. I'll uninstall this app. I wonder why it has a high rating.
