Wauchula State Bank Mobile

I love it, it's easy to navigate, I also love how they add in the 4 four digit pass, it allows for quick and easy login. My only complaint is I can't seem to have my business account linked to my personal account, so I never get to see the funds that are in my business account through the app. I always have to go to an ATM

Super easy to use the mobile deposit feature, the staff at the bank have always been helpful/great and I like the extra security protection being added to help safeguard my account without being too obtrusive. Kudos to Wauchula State Bank.

Look I've been banking with wauchula state for 13 years now going on 14. I'm going to be honest and I have before. The app needs some serious work still. I have a Varo account and I do not have the unpleasant experience that I have when I use the WSB app. I acknowledge that y'all a constantly trying improve it but the update is barely working and causing it not to run on my device's correctly. I'm at the point where I believe I just not use the app anymore.

I really love this bank. Love the tellers, great bank but this app always tells me I have more money than I actually have. It says includes pending but it doesn't. The app is so confusing that I end up having to call the bank. Really disappointed

App is great. Bank is great. Huge kudos to the ladies is Winter Haven. Carla, Laura and Dominique make my day every time I stopped by. Don't get me wrong, I love depositing checks, but they make a good experience even better.

The application hasn't worked in almost a week. "An unexpected error has occurred". No option to sign-in available

It will not bring up my check image. It used to but allow a sudden about 2 weeks ago it quit. I brought in this week to have it taken care of but the girl that was trying gave up. I would really like it fixed.

Items do not clear like they should. They will show as posted and then show back up in pending. Sometimes staying in pending for several days while other items that came later will post sometimes causing overdrafts.

Mobile deposit does not work well.. When taking photos of checks, the check outline box should be still and let us line it up and take the pic ourselves instead of for us.

I have been using this app for a very long time since I've been with Wauchula State Bank and it has been the best the best I've ever I can use it right where I'm at know what is spent and balance I would highly recommend Wauchula State Bank

So easy to do and the bank is great the lady that helped me open account was so helpful and very nice only the banks need the ATM to not only take money out but to deposit money in account as well I have never seen a bank that doesnt let you put money in through a ATM I don't like bothering people inside bank to put a little money in account

Great way to deposit checks on the road. Very easy to use and can keep up with my personal and business accounts with one login.

This was an ap update, from 11.30.18. It will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Still will not completely open.

Great bank. Full service bank with hometown personal touch. Have already recommended WSB to others and will continue to do so. Other banks in the area can't compare.

I have NEVER had ANY problems with this Bank. Everything was done expeditiously. Love it!

Being able to pull up our accounts in seconds is great, We never have to worry about overdrafts!!!

Updated recently and now it will not work. Would really appreciate this being fixed asap!!

I like how easy I can access my account and how i can make a transaction with a click of a button.

I have banked with this bank since I got my first job. Years later and the experience hasn't changed.

We currently live 4.5 hours from Sebring but have several auto deposits and payments. Online banking and app deposits make our lives less difficult financially.

Doesn't load past retrieving accounts so i can't even check my balance needs to be fixed

Everything and everyone is fantastic. Wish there was more down to earth bank's like this.
