Frequently crashes. I don't think they have any competent tech people.

Well its good. Except lately its been crashing a lot

I have several bank accounts at different banks. This is by far the worst of all of them. It shows you account balances and loan balances but that's about it. You can't review escrow balance, interest owed or see a breakdown of any of your payments. App is virtually useless outside of seeing balance.

The app works perfectly. Quick access to all my accounts, remote check deposits are as simple as it get. Easy to transfer from checking to saving and vice versa. Does absolutely everything I need in a banking app.

New app is smoother in operation than the former. Just generally easier to use. New check deposit feature with optional light is far superior to the old deposit format. Fewer rejected deposits.

Easy and convenient

App hasn't worked in a month. It doesn't load. I tried removing and reinstalling. Nothing helps. Was a great app before that.

I like the app.. however, if you lock yourself out on the weekend, you are not able to reset your password until Monday morning. This is due to not having 24/7 customer service support. So if you need emergency money after you lock yourself out, you're SOL until business hours Monday morning. Other than this issue, I love it!

Mobile check deposit is very easy to use. No problems at all. App is great for checking balances and transactions quickly.

There are no adds, I love this app. I dont have to call to make transfers its so easy!!

I find Waukesha Bank's app to be easy to use at home and on the fly. They made very understandable. I love it. I have been a customer for nearly 60 years and I have a happy customer utilizing their online banking since they created its use for us.

I really like it. It's easy to manage and it is secure. It asks for the password several times which is great, kind of annoying, but it's better than it not asking.

Overall, I think the app is fine, but with the recent update, I cant type in any information or click any buttons on log in screen so I cant even check my balance

Very easy to use and fun. Also, the automatic electronic check deposits is marvelous.

It used to be fine until it updated, now it makes me disable USB debugging every time I try to log in.

Newer version after update doesn't open, requesting password change,and when asking for temp password doesn't work, what a joke, seriously considering ditching this bank too much horseshit

A little difficult to navigate, but gets the job done. Besides that, its attached to a great bank!!

It works good as a banking app, but it made me disabled usb debugging in the latest update which I use frequently so that's why it has one star.

Occasionally doesnt open in early morning hours, and recently has not opened correctly and I am unable to check balance. please fix.

App used to work. I got a new phone, and now the app will not even open to the login screen.

Just use for balancing. Usually don't have problems, but add of late, couldn't sign in , repeatedly. Ended up changing pw, & now O.K.

Works very well most of the time. But every once in a while it just stops working, and won't let you in the app for a few days.

Would like transfers to be able to take place with fingerprint ID, but love being able to make a deposit w/o going in to the bank.

User friendly. Security questions a little annoying but I know Security is very important with a bank account!

It doesn't open after the update. Bank rep says it doesn't work with some Galaxy phones.

I am used to old version of app laid out which I liked. This new one is laid out a different way and I guess would have to get used to it. Other than that it is good.

Really nice to manage your bank funds. The UI can be a pain but they update often so that's nice.

Love the check deposit feature! So easy to use.

Decent simple banking app. Would be nice to be able to transfer money directly to friends.
