The old app was better.. this one never lets me login on a cell network. I have to be on wifi for it to work.. and the widget almost never works anymore. Also. With the last platform I could at least use the internet browser to log in... not with ubiquitous... if one thing goes down, they all go down.
I don't like that in money management it will show your last transactions on your debit card but dosen't show your last transactions on your credit card. There is no reason in my opinion it shouldn't. It's one of the main reasons why I like my Navy Federal Mobile App because it shows all last transactions on all accounts including credit card.
The app has never malfunctioned on me. However, the app is limited and does not satisfy basic banking needs. It needs to be able to "print" and "make interest only payments". Most people use their secured phones for all monetary transactions/needs. This app does not satisfy today's standards in regards to this. Please strongly consider this in the next app update. Thank you.
The app is easy to access, and the design is intuitive. The only thing I wish was different about it is that I am currently unable to view any of my credit card statements on the app - I still have to access the WFU website for that.
It is a very hard app to use & find your way around. There is nothing that says Mobile deposits. Then when I finally found where to go, it took 8 times to take the picture. Much to confusing.
works fine for checking & saving but HATE that you cant see credit card information other than balance and takes forever to update payments. Miss Clackamas Credit Union before we moved cities my credit card showed transactions like a checking account and payment and due dates update immediately after making payments. However Waunas tellers are much nicer than St.Helens/InRoads...
Doesn't work very well at all. Shows the wrong account, no matter which account I log into, photo check deposit is uncertain at best. It actually says, it's not sure if it'll work when I scan a check, they will let me know on a day or so...? It's not useful to me at all.
My kids always forget to tell me when they need money for school pictures or activity fees and stuff. Many times I've gotten a call at work that starts with "Mom! I forgot to tell you I need money today for...." This used to be a problem, but not anymore. I am co-owner of their checking accounts. Because of that I have access to their accounts on the app too. I just transfer money to them and they get it immediately. Even on the weekends. I love this app!
App is meh, does the things that I need it to do. What does bug me is the need to chnage passwords every few months. Would much prefer just having some kind of authenticator.
Always extremely slow, most of the time Mobile deposit either won't deposit or asks the same questions over and over about signature, can you see this or that. :-( It's frustrating.
Very frustrated with Waunas App and in branch. Never had a bank screw up as many things as they have. Simple things for most banks turns into hours on the phone or in a branch office. Will be switching banks soon.
Easy to look up account info but mobil check deposit needs some works. Takes a long time and it can some times even get the amount wrong when the picture is very clear
Very limited in scope. Cannot show very elaborate descriptions or debits and credits. Very unattractive gui.
I could not ask for better service except when you drop your Co-op Services which makes it more difficult with the other two states I visit throughout the year
Great app. Love the easy way to pay my bills. Just wish the credit card part had a way to see my transactions.

I like that you can use your finger print to open the app, makes it easy to glance at my account balance.

Deposited a check and checked my balance, and those two functions worked. So far, so good!
hate their app with a passion, still better than visiting the bank though. 07/2021 - they asked me to review again. The app is still trash. And it's still better than visiting a branch.
Works really well when, and if, it works...I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times.
App isn't terrible, but the Widget stopped working. Constantly says I have no internet connection, which is false as everything else that needs one is working fine. Annoying that I no long can quickly see my bank funds.
