Wavelo is a new system of rental bikes in Krakow, which in 2016 replaced the KMK Bike. Autumn on the streets appears first, pilot batch of bicycles Wavelo. Since the spring of 2017 years of Krakow and tourists will be available to more than 1,500 modern two-wheelers and 150 stations throughout the city.

when first using the app the whole subscription process is dated and very long, you are then being redrected to a none responsive site to manage your account, as well as the app itself. Not to mention that both me and my partner tried renting/releasing a bike and it kept asking us to confirm our emaild although we did it twice.. bad bad user experience.
There is no chat support. (may be useful when things get wrong). No updates in service for more than one year. good idea, to add bike authorization through smartphone without nfc. because bike binpad is awful. for example enter bike number in app to unlock it.
the most horrible app I ever saw. blocked card, impossible to pay, need 2-3 hours to make a new payments everytime. NOT TO USE.
App gives error when enter OK system promo code and in website there is no such an option. Terrible app. Literally ruins your weekend.
Most of the bikes have some technical issues. Can't find how to report such issues after I finished my ride.

Poor security, they might store your pin without hashing it. Red flag.

Not really so friendly for tourists, requires you to pay 10zl set up fee + minimum 19zl for balance to use. So if you only want to use it for few times as you are in krakow,set up fee and balance is 29zl which you wont even use in few days in krakow.
They want you to sign up and pay before you can see a map where bikes are. I tried to sign up and pay but it was so complicated. Seems I had to go through a sign up procedure at two different websites and verify an email and give more of the same info to verified by visa. I could see the map and found the bikes. Finally I tried to take the bike but was not allowed. I think I paid 19 zloty, but in not sure. I went to a bike shop and rented a bike. It was very easy.
it has constant network issues and when there is an error on your account no one provides support.. cross your fingers when using it
Was in Krakow, just could not register and rent a bike. :(
Often fails to connect to server; otherwise can display imaginary bikes near invisible stations; renewing a subscription is poorly designed, the app pretends that full month payment is required even if you have sufficient funds (and despite the fact that the subscrition can actually be renewed without extra payments).

Doesn't recognize the password that works for bike rental
They charged me twice and now refusing to return the excess amount. Be careful while paying, I was scammed.
It has a flaw, does not deactivate GPS thus leaks battery.

The application is pretty good, convenient and good looking. Bikes are not bad, despite the fact that is heavy(probably 30kg). But in Krakow bike rent is too expensive. It will be cheaper to rent it in another place.
Ridiculous prices!!! It is cheaper to take the taxi... I guess their target customers are tourists with fat wallets. The complaint will be filed with local administration. They utilize local infrastructure, but keep the service unaffordable to local citizens.
awful experience. I was hung up on twice by rude members of the support team who couldn't resolve my issue. the application is defective, my payment was rejected and my bill was then status rejected. there was no option to pay and so not hire a bike. I had already hired another on one of the cards I tried, so was left having to return a bike which I paid for as my partner couldn't get one!
