Service Bills: Star City service bill can be paid through WavePay

Beware your data! I've forgotten my PIN and my account has stopped. In order to restore my account, I've contacted to call center and they ask me about my wallet balance from the e-wallet which I didn't use for a year. It is ridiculous and non-sense that, CS keeps asking me abt my wallet balance which is the one I don't remember. Even I can provide other personal details related to wavepay account. Finally, the result is we cannot continue to restore my account even can't delete my account.
THE LEAST TRUSTWORTY MOBILE FINANCIAL SERVICE IN MYANMAR! This app is full of errors and your account can be locked without any reason. Customer service is not helpful at all. How can they even called themselves customer service if they don't care about customers and their problems? This app is trying to take away our money by locking our accounts for no reason. I strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this app if you don't want your hard-earned money to lose. WAVE IS STEALING OUR MONEY!
Lately, almost always stupidly saying "unknown errors" or "something went wrong" even though I entered the correct informations. Worst digital payment application ever! Customer service is terrible, too. They don't even understand the questions we ask. We ask something, they reply another thing.
Wave app for customers is bloody stupid and always having hell problems. Why is the technical error happening quite frequently and hard to login? This has been to me for a thousand times and the customer service couldn't help me smooth after even taking so many days to get back my account. The staff are useless, helpless and don't deserve to be in the customer serive, they shoud get a reading job instead. Appearing such annoying errors is extremely disappointing. Shame on Wave Money Company.
You can never compete with KPAY beacuse of your withdrawl fees from own account. No one wants to pay charges for the money saved in their Ewallets. I will just use KPay and withdrawl from my wallet from their ATM. It is just free and no charges at all. Expensive transfer fees and not realible server(server down frequently)
I strongly recommend not to use this trash app. This app deduct from both sender and receiver when you withdraw your cash if your account is activated. Even if you deactivated that account won't gone forever until you don't complain to the call center. TRASH APP!!!!
This app is easy to use but this version can't change name so that was really unlike for me and i wanna change my name in wave acc so pls add that to next new version, sometime can't log in to my acc and lagging, These are my problems and i hope u guys can do better in next new version. thanks.
ngl this app totally disappointed me, I can't log in back to my old account (after I restarted my phone) It's keep saying to get my authorization device when this is the one and only device of mine, so I can't get my kyats back from my old account.

The stupidest service, the most inflexible tech, and the most expensive fee for transferring money. They reaping off huge amount of money from people without providing good service. Shame on you! Other competitors are coming up and you will soon go down in the history like a joke.
I do not understand the bad application. The phone number and password are correct, but I can not access the Wave money
I can't login my wave pay account. It always shows "verify it's you" even though I fill the pin correctly. I can't use this anymore.
Bad customer service.Coundn't log in to the acc bcuz i dont remember the EXACT AMOUNT that i had in the account.Continuously asking the amount even though i can give all the other information and gussed the amount. And yes still cant log in yet
This app doesn't work. My place of work uses it. I can not set up USA 🇺🇸 NY Information. The isn't useful.
Although I filled the correct pin number, the app is still asking "verify it's you" and " approval from your authorized device". But there's no approval message arrived to my phone.
It's so HARD to lock back in own acc everytime. You, developers need to do one just thing but you don't. Everytime ,same problem.
I can't even register with my telenor number..They told me to call the 'Call Center' which the number is 900 but still can't reach them...I've been requesting OTP for like 100 times and yet no response...I tried to go their website and sent for help..guess what I got..Send fail...Worst app ever..
I like this app but not good for every time. Because sometime we have a difficult for take and give money. And then i think you should do more than 50000 kyats once time for beginner level.
Good but bad have to improve following. - Transaction History must show transfered time. ( now only show date. - Can search transaction Record with Transaction ID. - Sound alert when money transfered into my account just like KBZ pay.
I cant do anything after phone update. Wallet just freezes when entering the amount. Wuss. Even tried to uninstall and install again. No OTP sent to phone. GG app
hassle free fintech application. Apps is working properly and most of the payment such as bill payment or airtime top up or send and receive money can be done within less than a minute by using one App.
don't use this app, untrustworthy and not safe. can't even login with otp and worst customer service. Stealing all of my salary money and when I contact customer service they said they don't solve that kind of problem and they said it is just my fault...
The worst customer service that I have ever seen and so disappointed that they have forgotten about customer service. They cannot handle to change the pin and ask the user how to do and what to do , WAVEPAY CALLCENTER is useless team ever.

This version is not update date of birth in your system. This is giving a problem when I linked with my Yoma Smart card . Pls fix this issue Asap. Thank you

That the really good app. Now we can transfer money easily but sadly that wasn't support global I mean we can't get money from US, and others countries because they all use PayPal and creadit card. We should make an app what can transfer money from PayPal or credit card to Wavepay and transfer money to PayPal from Wavepay. Thanks!
