WAVY TV 10

This has been my go to app for years even when it was the old app. Now I can't get any information or updates because it freezes and stops working almost immediately. Y'all just did an update and it didn't help.

Omg, it appears that the app just had an update within the past week and it is TERRIBLE! ( Though perhaps I just needed to update sooner). Either way, it is horrible. It looks nicer but a horrible layout! The old app allowed me to look at my city's news and now I cannot find any area that allows views by individual city. I have been trying to find updates on the Portsmouth's city schools return and I cannot find anything about Portsmouth period. This update is TERRIBLE!

Crashes/freezes on every single story, requires me to hit "wait" while it tries to figure out what to do. Slow.

Update 3/2/2022: the app is even worse. POS, doesnt even open now. Ive tried to reinstall many times. Does not work on android. I give up. . The new app is horrible. Doesn't load half of the time, not well organized and fonts too small. Way to ruin what was the best news app in Hampton Roads.

To many bugs. Every time you want to watch the news or read about current events the app freezes and never loads. Terrible app hate it alot. Would be better if it was fixed 😟

Used to be my favorite local news app , but now whenever I click on a news item to read , it freezes and you can't read the entire item , you hv to close the app. Makes you want to uninstall altogether and stop trying to use it entirely !! What's up with this?

Horribly slow to load, if it loads at all. I get notifications of top news stories. When I click the notification, it attempts to open the app and it freezes on the app home screen.

This app used to be functional, now it constantly freezes when viewing any article. And forget about streaming, freezes my phone too. I know it's y'all app because no other app freezes my phone. When can we expect a fix.

I absolutely love the WAVY NEWS 10 App! WAVY NEWS 10 is my favorite source for news in Hampton Roads. I can look at what's happening wherever I go. I can look at the weather forecast as well. For some reason when using the app however, when trying to watch a live stream, the stream does not start to play.

I like the app. Easy access to information / news. The live video function is a challenge via a mobile device, in terms of accessing and adjusting settings... Believe they could use some modifications to make it easier.

For the past few day's I have had the same news stories. No new one's were unloading. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it said my device was not connected to the internet. When it was. I turned the Wi-Fi on my phone off and back on. Same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same thing.

I have greatly enjoyed using the WAVY TV 10 app. I have greatly found it to be very useful, and informative on keeping people informed, and up to date on the events, and many various situations that are taking place in the Tidewater area.

WAS great before the update. Now the traffic map is completely full of icons that you cant see the road (AND HOW MUCH TRAFFIC IS BACKED UP) which should be the whole point. Completely useless now and you can't turn it off.

New app layout is horrible. Can't find local news like you used to be able to do. Instead you get a mix of everything. I only want to see the news in selected areas of my picking.

The app is now officially trash ! Freezes everytime it opens. Had to delete it. Saddens me because I've used it for years. Let me know if you get it fixed.

Not happy with the app after the update. Takes too long to load, I end up losing interest. Also need the "notifications" to display the entire article title and not just part of it

This new layout seems more like a downgrade. My biggest issue is how they cram all local stories into one section. Instead of seperating them by their respective cities. Ive lived in the are for 9 years now and always use Wavy News. But this new layout is that bad to me, that i am promotly deleting their app because i find it "useless" now

Waaaaaaaay too many ads. Top of the screen. Bottom of the screen, between news stories, before videos. Pops up when you switch pages. For Petes sake itsvannoying.

Please fix app, when I open the app the screen reads that it's not connect to Wi-Fi but it is comnected, house this app everyday, please fix this or I will have to delete. Thank you.

There is only 1 thing about this app that I don't care for! I like to watch the live stream news on my tablet and when you turn it sideways you have to wait for those arrows to show up before it will flip. Other than that I'm good! :-)

Always lagging. Never can read an article without it shutting down

No ability to cast video to a TV, live video in app cannot go fullscreen, nor does it even rotate when you turn your phone. Fix that, and 5 stars...
