The app logs me out after awhile and when I try to log back in I just get the flapping bird for a long period of time. My password is correct because it works when I log in on my laptop. I tried resetting the app and redownloading it and it does the same thing.
Update: 10/25/18. I think we should ALL start reporting this issue to the BBB. Our money is being held and I get the feeling the issue once fixed will delete our funds. I'm contacting the BBB TODAY. This is totally unacceptable. For the past seven days I have been unable to log into the app. My money is held hostage. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success
My app says "off line" when I click on it. It won't log on at all. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled, still nothing. I wasn't able to use my birthday gift or my saved gift cards. I'm very upset. I'm in wawa at least 3x a week and haven't been able to use my app for over a month!
App simply doesn't work. Won't connect even on Wawa free WiFi. Won't allow you to get shopping credit without reloading balance. Other than that .... Great idea. Uninstalling and I'll try again in a few months
Can't log in with the app. All i get is the flapping bird with no progress. Have tried multiple times and tried a password reset which also just resulted in the flapping bird of nothingness.
It used to be great, now I cant log into the app. All I get is a flying goose ... same if i try to go through forgot password... missing out on a lot of savings. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not do anything to fix the problem
App froze on my phone so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Now it will not open on my phone. Apparently my phone which will be 2 years old in March 2021 has the old Android version and will not accept Wawa's latest version. So much for getting rewards.
To anyone who's having a problem opening this app now since the latest update you actually have to uninstall the app. Go back into Google Play and search for Wawa, and make sure you download the version 3.7.2. Version 3.1 will not work. And it will not update on its own to the latest version. Once you install version 3.7.2 you'll be able to log in and all your money is there
I loved this app...until it logged me out and wont let me log back in. I just get the flapping bird. I've tried uninstalling and changing my password, but nothing works. Please get this fixed!
Password reset does not function whatsoever. If I wanted to watch goose wings flapping endlessly, If move to Canada. You owe me at least 10 free items for all of the wasted time and missed rewards. Please update your application
The app will not load for me whatsoever. It will not let me log in at all. I type my info in and submit and the goose pops up and just flaps. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it will not work.
Was great to have but now I cant sign in. The goose just flies and the ap wont let me in to access the $ I have on it. Boo! Dont want to reload or i will lose my money. Checked with a few others. They lost access also.
I have not been able to log in for weeks. I can't even change my password. I can log into the desktop version, though. Defeats the purpose if I can't use it on my mobile phone. I have a balance that I can't even access at the store!
This would be a great thing to ise only if it ever opens. Tried several times to install and uninstall this app but it still won't open.

I love Wawa but problem with Wawa app won't let me log in cuz offline for long time. What's going on? I lost rewards! I tried to get in for free coffee rewards but app won't working! It made me angry!

This used to work great. Now i cant log in even after reinstalling it, like all of the other users reporting this. Fix it wawa, or your rating will continue to plummet!
I still have money on my card updated system and now o cannot open this POS app. Be nice if these companies would stay on top of their tech instead of being money hungry.

It was good when it would let me log in, but now all I get is the stupid flapping goose! I uninstalled, reinstalled, and even restarted my phone...still flapping. What's the use of having it if you can't log in? Also, the whole idea of having to buy gift cards to pay is ridiculous.
