Way - #1 Best Parking App

Made a reservation for a week for a flight out of LAX that then had to cancel for COVID related issues. Turns out "full refund no questions asked" means " we keep your money, it goes into a bucks bank and if you don't use it within a year you lose it". Also, their parking sites all have four to five stars, but if you check the same ones on Google they are way lower. Probably manufactured. I'll try to find a half decent lot next trip to use up the Way bucks,then done with this outfit

Everything worked great with the reservation except the rate was $3 per day more than advertised. Didn't know until I made the reservation and the price showed up. Coming home was a nightmare. Pulled up Way app and selected call shuttle. Hotel answered and said shuttle was on the way. Turns out the phone number was for the wrong hotel. Driver was good enough to take us to the right Holiday Inn Express for a nice trip. Never use Way again. What a nightmare.

Overbooked and no accountability. Booked and paid for a spot in advance at Logan. Got to the lot and was told the Way spots were full and overbooked. No other options. Lot attendant just shrugged and we had to rush to another lot and pay 4x as much. Barely made it to the airport in time. Would not recommend as a business. Awful that they can overbook and if you're counting on timing to catch a flight. If there was no availability elsewhere, you'd miss your whole trip. Not worth the risk.

It has useful features. My one complaint is that it's very easy to accidentally make a reservation that starts in the next few minutes, and then once you realize it, it's impossible to cancel. I finally was able to get a refund from customer service after doing this but they were initially very unwilling to help and only did so finally after much persistence. If the customer service was more friendly I'd give it five stars.

Very helpful staff when we had to find a place to park at a very busy time. Bus driver very friendly and helpful getting us back to our car when we landed. Very efficient online reservation system. We tried another parking service once at Sea-Tac, but not twice. We went back to Way and will be staying there.

Worst app. I booked a spot for my international travel near JFK and when I arrived , I was told that there is no space! This was told in the rudest way and no attempt was made to resolve the issue! I had to scramble to find another spot paying top dollars as I was left with no other choice. Not to mention the additional stress and rise in BP hours away from my flight. Horrible experience! I have to stay on phone close to an hour to get my refund. Never Way again!

We had a great experience. We pre booked online. The bar code was easy to scan for entering and exiting. The shuttle bus was at our car before we were even completely out. Pick up was extremely easy and fast! Easy to find the shuttle bus to return back to the parking lot. Both drivers were friendly and helpful with bags

Overbooked parkings at EWR, and even no notifications about it. You'll get to know only after you arrive to the parking. It took me 20 minutes to reach out to support via phone and hear they will only refund money, but won't able to provide a replacement. So believe me it was an unforgettable adventure to find a place for car to park considering a very little time left And now I even have to fight my money back - no refund issued so far. I couldn't have imagined the experience can be sooo bad.

The best airport parking I've ever used! They actually sent the bus over to where we parked so we didn't have to walk anywhere looking for it, and if you remember to save their confirmation email on your phone you have the bar code which makes entry and exit a breeze. Will never park anywhere else.

Airport parking doesn't have free shuttles like website states and they refuse to refund you when you let them know you didn't use their parking. I ended up using the Airport parking and provided receipt. They are now ignoring my emails after I provided the information they asked for. Beware why would you pay for Airport parking with no shuttle

Simple and easy by making a reservation, scanning my card upon arrival, park and off to the airport. Drivers are always friendly and helpful. Frequency of shuttles means I tend to only wait a few minutes to be picked up. Scan as I leave and all is complete. Great job!

It's a little farther away than some parking services but don't be fooled, this company does a great job. Great rates paired with quick and frequent shuttle, and friendly, helpful drivers made our parking experience a breeze. We will use again, for sure.

The app layout is really nice, and has really good functionality. Just a great all around app, awesome to be able to hear different types of news from different countries all over the world

Really couldn’t have been any more efficient! They really thought of all the possible scenarios to ensure smooth and problem-free operation. Shuttle drivers were nice and helpful with our bags and baby stroller. We parked the car in the middle of the parking lot and turned around and the shuttle pulled up behind the car as we were just unloading bags from the trunk! They also dropped us off at our car when we got back!

Shady booking process. Extremely horrible first experience! I typed in my exact date and times for check in and return. Their system puts in any info they want because why would I put in the correct dates but the incorrect time? What human actually types in a 12pm check in and 12pm check out? The worst of it all is that they don't modify reservations so you have to cancel and rebook. First impressions are everything and I was extremely disappointed. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Way Parking is GREAT!! SO EASY! The shuttle service was easy and the parking lot seems safe, I get nervous pulling into parking lots by the airport sometimes and think to myself "Is my car going to get broken into in this lot?". That wasn't the case at Way Park. 10/10 I'll be using Way Park for all airport parking from now on.

I like everything about this parking except for one thing - it feels like it takes longer to wait for Way shuttle at the airport pick-up than any other parking company. Please add a few more shuttles into circulation. Everything else is great.

Easy to book, love the scan barcode to get in and out of the lot. The shuttle picks you up right from your parking spot and it was easy to spot at the airport for the ride back and you get dropped off right at your spot. Great service!

Having my vehicle conveniently staged by Way is perfect. I’ve used this lot numerous times, and will continue to do so. While there is occasionally a bit of a longer wait for the shuttle, it’s never been a problem. Keep up the good work, Way!

Way was convenient to use. I appreciated that my car was started and ready to go when I got there. It would of been nice to have the AC on too since it was 100 degrees. I have used another valet parking service for some time and have recently switched to Way. It was not clearly marked where to drive into and where to exit for valet parking. Thanks

It was really easy and convenient. The van picked me up right when I parked. And on the return I was picked up within 5 minutes. Both drivers to and from were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use their service every time I travel.

Great and safe parking lot! Friendly and helpful drivers who always help with loading and offloading luggage. Clean and modern shuttle bus. Would be good to increase the frequency of pickups from the airport because sometimes it’s a bit of a wait before the shuttle comes.

It was quick and easy and very pleasant getting from the airport to my vehicle and then out of the parking facility. Even my children commented on how nice the checkout lady was compared to the lady we encountered upon arrival. I gave them 5 stars because the online rate was good and the rest of the experience was good and timely. I will park here again.

After catching shuttle at airport, wanted to send a quick text to family to let them know I'd made it back safely, when I looked up and the driver was already at my parked car. Either I'm slow as molasses at texting or he was super fast. I'm thinking the latter! Thank you for being so expiditous!

As soon as we parked our car, which happened to be in the far back corner of the lot, a shuttle came to pick us up. The driver was able to stop at the restrooms before taking us to the airport. Upon return, we waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle to take us back to the lot and to our truck. Paying the extra balance was easy and it was clear what wer were being charged. Overall, it was a good experience and I would park there again and recommend to others.

Beware - if you open a Way acct, they will never let you close it! I prepaid Way & reserved a car at Laurel Parking (big mistake) in San Diego. Got there & they were full (huh?)! Said I had to go to Way to get refund! Searched internet for phone number, called them 1 hr before flight & they said it was too late to cancel. Had to make a formal request with receipt from Aladdin parking proving I didn't park there. After several emails, Way finally reimbursed me. Tried to close acct but they won't!
