With the application you are able to record and view the track of the recent positions of the device on the site https://way.today
To view the track one has to know the numeric ID shown in the app. This ID can be changed with a single tap in any moment and all the previously recorded locations will be immediately removed. The same cleaning up will be done automatically in case you do not use you the application for a more than 2 weeks.
Nor the mobile application neither the site will ask you for any personal information, you will no create accounts, provide a login or remember password. All services start working right after the application is installed and tracking is turned on. Having no personal information stored in the phone memory or in web makes practically impossible to bind the shown track with a real person.
Anonymous and short-living numerical ID can be shared with friends, partners or family very easy and without hurting your privacy. Follow the rule "one ID for one meeting" and your personal life will be always secured.

It was ok
I'm disappointed as I can't open this app after downloading it so it's useless to me. I checked in my settings on my listed apps and it's not there so it could not have been downloaded even though it states it has been downloaded 100%! Edit: After rebooting my phone, I could see the app was installed. I don't understand how to use this app. Why does the ID number change every time I refresh it? I thought it was supposed to be the same number as for my iTag.
