Initially support was there however at the beginning of 2021, we lost support. Been asking for a feature that's advertised as an available option nothing less than 5 months now, still waiting on an acknowledgement. Other items we've been asking for since January, same result. The sad part is the software is decent. I'm not sure what's changed. Id still support if the dev increased his rate to cover hiring support staff but things can't continue along this path. Not good for business.

I've been a Client for about a year now, have requested some feedback on functionality and some basic improvements on daily reports... It's now a month, no one answers, no body cares... Program is okay and works just fine as such, the service support is not existing.. At first was great... On the start.. But once you sign up. You are no longer of interest

I am not sure if this company is still running. I am trying to communicate last couple of months...
