App generally works for me (except when it doesn't which happens occasionally), I find it frustrating that they changed it to require the CVC on my credit card every single time I go to pay. It's also frustrating that I can't extend time beyond the 3 hour time limit my city has set even after I've moved my vehicle to another location which I'm allowed to park at, so I have to remember to open the app just as the last few seconds of my session is about to expire to start a new one so that I'm not left exposed to a parking ticket (especially now my city is cracking down and will issue a ticket within one minute before the parking is paid for). 3 stars because it makes my life a little easier but I think this application was not the best solution my city could have chosen to handle payments.

First it worked but now it's giving me random error messages and won't let me pay. Definitely glitchy like other users reviewed. This is the only app I can use for my town where I park and I have no idea how they snagged that contract because it's one of the worst apps I've experienced. Can't extend your time even if it's for a significant duration because it says one is currently in progress so you have to watch it like a hawk. No way to report issues. Half the time the buttons don't respond.

I work downtown at a place where I don't have much choice between paying a cab, or paying for parking. Because of the weird bugs, I have paid for parking tickets more than once. After bringing this up with city hall, they said there is nothing they can do if I have used the app to pay for my parking. The problem is, I can't leave in the middle of my shift to pay at the meters either. Beware: also defaults to main vehicle plates every time you want to pay for the next 3 hours 🤦🏻‍♂️

If I could rate this in negative numbers, I would, but unfortunately I can't do that here. The app logs me out every once in a while and I forgot my password this last time. Now usually this is a pretty easy process but the app developers do not have a means to reset the password that actually works. I've sent them at least 10 password reset requests and I still haven't received any sort of email allowing me to reset my password. Absolutely ridiculous.

God Awful App. Terrible UI. Zero confirmation of payment results in accidentally paying multiple times. Also does not track current parking or previous transactions despite presenting these as features in app, exacerbating the multiple payment issue. No contact number listed for support. Ended up having to dispute through my credit card company. Future of parking my ***.

Was working fine for a few weeks, then suddenly started giving me this error message: Error. Something went wrong. Check your internet connection and try again. My internet connection was fine. Tried logging in again but it won't let me, tried to use the Forgot Password feature but didn't get any emails. Tried uninstall and it still gives me the internet error message despite being on home wifi. Pretty frustrating considering it worked flawlessly for a while.

Hasn't worked right since the day I installed it. I was downtown today and had enough cash to get within about 4 minutes of my necessary time. It ran out and I received a $30 ticket because the app hasn't worked since day one. COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME. Not worth the seconds to install and the developer implies I'm at fault because it accepted all my card info. The 2.2 rating is excessively high.

This app needs to be updated to either offer confirmation before payment, or allow user to make changes after payment. The selected licence plate text is too small and there is no prompt to confirm info before submitting payment. Also for some reason the hour and minutes shuffle around when you are trying to pick a specific minute or hour. I can't stress how annoying behaviour is.

I am forced to pick one star. This app steals money/time from you when you park. It does not allow you to select 1/2/3 hours. The selection wheel will not stop at those times, it always bumps the time up for more money. If you try to manually enter the time it bumps it up even higher when you hit confirm costing you even more money. The developers are stealing from its users. Do not use.

On multiple occasions the app has charged my credit card twice. The app will show the correct terminal receipt, however, my credit card statement shows a double charge. They have given me the credits back for the amount that they double charged but I should not have to continuously check to make sure that my credit card isn't over charged.

This app does not have the ability to stop your parking timer midway. If you scroll the timer and stop at 13 hours, it automatically adds a day and resets the hours to 0. I ended up paying for extra 6 days while trying to add 6 hours because I thought the app was bugged. The customer service of this app does not have the ability to stop the parking timer and only relies on the merchant to refund you if they feel like. So far, no reply from the "merchant".

I had to give it one star to be able to leave a rating. This app is not even worth that. I have tried using this app many times and I have to do the same as if I didn't have the app. It will not process my method of payment. Well that was the latest problem. Don't waste your time downloading this app unless you have time to waste trying to use it. It is being uninstalled now.

Would be nice if you could end a session early and get a refund ir not charged fully. I had to leave where I just parked and ended up paying for 4 hours when I was there for 30 minutes.

This app is terrible. Every time I try to pay for parking it will charge my card and not show I have ongoing parking. I tried to redo it and got double charged for it to finally show up. Waiting to hear back from support. If you can, pay at the kiosk. Unfortunately both kiosks are down at the airport I'm at. What a joke.

Couldn't get it working. I was able to add my payment info, but that's all. It tried adding a vehicle, but the "next" button did not work. When I went to park, it brought up the correct parking zone, but when I clicked on it, nothing happened.

The time picker adjusts to a longer park time after I make a selection. It's impossible to choose the actual amount of time I'd like to park for, and I have to unnecessarily pay more to park longer.

Could improve the GPS system. I have been tracked all the way to Paris, France and boy howdy do I wish that's where I was instead of California, USA. Other than that, excellent app to use, it's easy and simple to pay for parking.

This app spent more time downloading than we spent time on the beach it honestly deserved less than 1 star and we are not kidding the machines on the beach only take coins can use dollars and wont except Amex like it shows it does way to rip of people all the way around!!!! Deerfield, Fl do better!!!

can't extend the time - I go to extend and it just bounces around on the time wheel and the wheel spins but it never actually updates the time so you can hit the extend button. uninstalling, would rather walk to the meter than deal with this app

This is the only parking app I have used that I also get parking tickets. The process is overly complicated. This app was just designed as a money grab. There are several ways this app could be improved but that would interfere with the civic revenue stream.

this app is unstable at best, but we don't have any other choice, other than those disgusting terminals, do we? it works most of the time, which is not really a strong point, but it's the best thing I can say about it. it has forced me to run outside to plug the machine more than once, which is seriously annoying.

Slow, glitchy, and changed the plate number I was trying to park to a different one without telling me, resulting in me getting a ticket. Very slow to do basic things like send a receipt, change password, etc...

2nd install: my credit card won't work in the road machines. I am waiting for my new card so I thought I would try installing it again. I forgot my password and the reset password function seems to be broken as I have not received the emails promised with reset instructions. First install: App didn't work first time I tried to use it. Uninstalled. I'm not willing to fight with the all to pay for my parking in Saskatoon.

It always declines my credit cards. I've re-added them several times. I've tried this app at least a half dozen times, and I've never gotten it to work when paying for parking.

One day, because this app wasnt working properly i charged $30. to my visa without getting any parking time. The City of Saskatoon never recieved any of that money, so wont take any of the responsibility for the overcharge, but the conpany who runs the app refuses to refund me my money as well.. They offered a credit, but because i dont drive downtown much i just want a refund, but they refuse to grant me a refund. i found out later that this has been an ongoing issue... i recommend STAY AWAY!!

The clock doesn't function properly and always attempts to add more time. It also constantly prompts the user to park better. Don't use this app for your municipality.

I'm glad I have disregarded all the negative reviews and installed this application on my device. Every single feature advertised by the developer works flawlessly on my phone . Creating account and configuring payment method takes just a few minutes. The application is feature rich, very convenient and simple to use. Make sure to enable location on your device, make sure to read carefully all instructions on the developers website. I'd like to thank developers for their great work.

When you have an ongoing session the app will allow you to select parknow, select your vehicle, select the amount of time and then tell you you cant add time because you have an on going session. Needs to be more user friendly, it should automatically direct you to that session if you pick that vehicle.

Worked for a while but it no longer let's me log in. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times but problem persists. The machine where I park is also broken so I'm left with no option to actually pay for parking.

Trash! Downloaded the app, so I could extend my time without going back to my car. 2 hour parking in Deerfiled Beach, FL cost me $5.35 via app. Went to the terminal, it would've been $4. So you charge a $1.35 service fee on $4? No, thank you!
