Waze Rider - Get a Ride

Attempted to post a ride offer to the airport. Waze kept changing the time I entered for departure by 3 hours. I would put departure at 0430-0500 and after I hit save it showed departure at 0130-0200. I assume this is some sort of time zone bug. Obviously the app is not usable until this is fixed.

many things to improve, it is very clumsy at the moment. however!! every once in a while I manage to get a carpool ride abd then its great. recommended if you have the time to figure it out

Unfortunately, as others have pointed out, the app isn't really usable unless you're always driving to the exact same place at the exact same time. There's no way to say "I'm driving to 123 Main St in City with room for three." You can only carpool to your office. Full stop, no exceptions.

This app is amazing if you need to find a place to go don't use Google maps because they seem to work with the gas companies to get you to buy more gas they send you in circles this one gets me to where I need to go as fast as quick as possible no BS try it out and see what I mean if you're trying to do something with Google maps

Great app, easy to use. Really helping to move better and faster. In the future, when more people will be aware of it, it will change the way we transport from one place to the next.

I don't like the fact that people can cancel on you or show up an hour late without penalty. You have to send twenty requests to find a ride, also there are people who have not responded to any requests. they should be removed from the app or logged out. drivers should be able to enter the exact destination after picking up the rider not just the random pick up spot. It should allow user to choose the pick up spot.

First app I've ever reviewed. I share the sentiment with everyone else. I love the idea and the pricing 5/5; I just wished the app was more stable and better known. As an example of some the issues I've encountered, today my profile pic along everyone else's dissappeared. The "something went wrong" error message is also quite recurring. Even with all this, I still like the concept so much and appreciate the effort that I rate it a 4/5. Patience and much success to the creators and the app.

He drove passed by me reported drive complete and the app sent me the bill /receipt You must First release immediate update to stop this Second make block of this kind of drivers much faster and easier Reporting in the Android app is too complicated Hope to have you informed

So much potential but yet so terrible, can't even load a profile picture properly. Don't expect it to work, all the app interface is counter intuitive. And you dear developers, have a look on the Uber app to see how it should be done. Worst app ever.

The concept is amazing, absolutely necessary. The implementation, however, is sad... When it works, it really makes a difference. I've rode 60+ times. But it breaks twice a week. And hasn't worked for 3 days in a row (mind you, I've used other communication channels and rode with the very same riders...).

I have been using it for 2years and they just added the 3rd carpool option (need 3 people for San Francisco to get through the bridge). After a this time, theres still a lot of lag w the system. At times it doesnt even load and it's hard to contact my rider or driver in those moments. Need the bugs fixed. But still a better carpool app than others offered in the Bay. I appreciate the affordable pricing for riders but also the incentives for the drivers

Waze itself is a great app, with a horrible GUI. "Waze carpool" suffers from the same disastrous GUI. As a user I am immediately turned off by GUI mistakes, especially when I am left with no option but to get used to it. To carpool, I have to define a commute route. But I don't commute. I want to hitch a ride somewhere. The app should be called "Waze commute" in this case.

Can't use it in other country with foreign number because there is no phone signal. You need a phone signal to receive the confirmation code, there is no other option.

After walking 10 minutes to the pick up point - the driver remembered to tell me he changed his course and will not be going to the destination I needed. There is no support button, no one to talk to.

It does the work well of matching people for carpooling. However there are many significant improvements that should be done with it to make it really usable. It crashes every now and then. It has one of the worst interfaces i have seen so far. every action i do takes 30 seconds. If you close the app in between the changes are lost. Doesn't allow me to select my preferred route and riders around it. Doesn't take tolls into account while carpool matching.

Fees paid for driver are way too low... Adding 25km for about 10NIS(3.5USD). ONLY GAS COST MORE....

I tried using this app as it sounded like a good idea but the app is really buggy. The layout was confusing and not structured very well. There were a few screens that would be loading and never fully load. It tried to pull in my home and work address from Google Maps but didn't really get them right. I'm going to try a different app.

I cannot find anyone in the app, American culture does not use public transport by road, in the same way they are distrustful when it comes to sharing their vehicle as they are getting into a stranger's vehicle

There are issues with paying and how to set up funds so that they don't charge my card twice a day every day. I would love to be able to load funds to my account to pull from. They also changed the policy on using "reward" funds I cant seem to find amything about this change. The app could be fantastic, carpooling is a great way to save time and money, but the implementation is lacking.

The app can be so amazing but every version has a fresh new batch of significant bugs that make the app hard to use. Lately drop off points are very wrong (sometimes hours away from my destination) and currently the server is not responding so I dont know what time my carpool is set for tomorrow morning. I have been a loyal user for the past year and a half but may soon need to drop it and stop carpooling because it's an unstable app. :( I hope it manages to improve.
