A lot of new features have been added to the app but the basic action of depositing/ withdrawing currency is an issue which is long pending to be resolved. It would be better if developers sorted out the basic problems at priority instead of just adding to the list of less useful features to justify updates.
Few things need to improve in app, other wise good app..my suggestion for improvement are-- 1.Charges on adding the money, buying and selling the coin is high as compare to other app..kindly reduce the chrges 2. Whether individual coin is in profit or loss is not shown in our portfolio..kindly add this feature 3. Totall amount of investment is not shown and whether our total portfolio is in profit or loss, not shown in app.
App's interface is good. But the main problem is we cannot able to trade without depositing the amount in the portfolio. Netbanking is available only for some specific banks. My Bank is not supported in the app. But before there are option for UPI transaction like gpay. Wazirx is asking and verifying UPI ID but there is no option for UPI transaction. Then for what purpose wazirx is verifying UPI ID and having an option to enter the UPI ID. And mobikwik also gone after the promotional activities
the app should show total profit/loss percentage on principal amount..its a basic feature but its missing...also the app isn't user-friendly,sometimes the graph doesn't show the current candle stick...sometimes the graph doesn't even openup!
Coin dcx was much better than this app.... Got stuck in this app due to lack off deposit and withdrawal option... Worst experience ever .!! Almost all the time they don't allow you to deposit the money... I've been trying since past 2 days... And no result
1 🌟 bcz this is too basic & doesn't give real time market price nor the charts are moving with price. ui is simple but not happy the way they're stacked & main issue is that portfolio or funds is not informative doesn't show buy price or profit & loss just the quantity and current value of asset it should've been listof each coin's profit & loss% and overall portfolio profit loss in %....app lacks basic information and function which other peers offer currently sorry will rate better if updated
Guys, if you want to buy and sell coins at dips and rise, then you're wasting your time by using this app. Because it doesn't work when required. I would suggest you to use some other apps which you can rely on unlike this one, because of my horrible experience. The tech support and server seems not to exist. Not even worthy of 1 star. A complete NO NO.
Market is at it's lowest, this is the time people buy shares. Both Net banking option and NEFT payment option non of it is working now. Please fix this soon, market doesn't wait for us, we need to grab when there is a chance, making it harder to buy when there is a chance, totally takes away the reputation for the app. Fix this soon, before it's too late!
The graph is not showing from the past 3 months in the app. I have to always shift to desktop site for seeing graphs. Everything is good, but graphs never shows.
The Best thing about this app is it's candle chart. The worst thing is you can't deposit money to it. How can I buy a coin if you don't give users option to deposit money. Only option available is buy usdt from other person and trade using that usdt. There are other apps available who seemlesly allows you to deposit and withdraw money. Why should I choose wazirx. I am selling my coins here and withdrawing all the money and moving to other apps. Worst Payment option. Peace!!
From 4 star to 1 star - Good to a Bad one now! Since a while back, they had deposit options via UPI, MobiKwik and Net banking. In the mean time they removed UPI option, later removed MobiKwik option. Since a week ago, they have temporarily disabled Net banking as well. This has resulted in a hardly usable trading app. Only option available is to deposit via P2P! 🤦🏾♂️ Now I am stuck!
When there is a need, payment deposite option is always disabled in the app. This app can't be trusted if you are serious trader. It is good for the ones who want to play with the investment of 1000rs but not good for the ones who want to invest lakhs or bigger amounts.
The app is getting worse with every update. It takes a lifetime to load and sometimes it doesn't load at all. It's really frustrating and dissapointing!!
I am using this app for a long time, it's really good to use . But one main issue i am facing is payment method in the app. If you want to deposit money then only two ways are availabIe . Here netbanking is also unavailable for long time . It's really irritating . And now unwillingly I have to change the application.😔
These is not stop loss(for down tread) and not Showing any percentage I gain or loss on coin. These is no way to change the sequence for favourite. I change by inlike then like but some time sequence reset please fix
Good app. But inr deposits most of the time unavailable. So teribble. Are you admins dont know any other options for deposit. Whenever we wants to do some trades , we are very disappoint because of this reason. Hard to say. But true. Poor performance in deposits and withdrawals.
while depositing money to the wallet there is no limited banks facility available. even though my bank and account is fully verified I'm not able to deposit directly to my wallet. i have to buy USDT first and then sell it and buy what I want. even though it says there is no fees to buy P2P USDT always there is a deduction from the amount I paid to buy USDT and i get less USDT. so please fix this issue as it's a hassle and also it's going against your claim
There has been no response from the team about the deposits. It's been two days and the deposit haven't been reflected in the wallet. How is anyone supposed to trade when you make us miss the good prices? Update :- Again a problem with the deposits. There is no other way to deposit than P2P? That's the least considered way for anyone take deposits. And the usdt prices are crazy with P2P. Manage the deposits or its a down way.
It's very disappointed when one comes to know that currently there is only one way of purchasing in wazirx, using USDT, hence it creates unnecessary demand of USDT and so everyone has to purchase usdt to purchase any crypto currency. It would be nice if you enable to deposit the INR using UPI.
Worst experience...if people are not able to deposit money and buy coins then for what purpose are you people running this waste app? You have removed the netbanking and wallet option. I saw one of your reply suggesting the use of P2P.Its not your choice...you have to provide all the options and its the customer's who choose. Would have given 0 rating if possible.
Dear WazirX, it is nice to see that you have added various tools and indicators in the new version. But in the latest version graph is not working properly. It does not show a real time graph. The same graph is showing from last three days. Price of the coins updates very late. During rush in the crypto market the site as well as the app crashes. We face loss each time this happens. There are many more problems. I hope WazirX will fix such things as soon as possible.
This app was working fine but now suddenly the mobikwik payment option is not supported. And also very few banks are supported for payment through net banking. Easy deposit options are needed to make the app user friendly.
Worst trading app. Don't install this app, I have used this app since a year now. Now I will switch to another exchange app. WazirX doesn't shows the actual prices when the. It differs around 10x in times of crashes. Like LUNA is ₹1 right now and WazirX is selling the same for ₹20. After their coins were bought the drastically dropped the price to ₹2 now. Soon it will be ₹1. Stay away from there scammers.
Firstly no upi option for investment, 3rd party app is used called mobivik which a trash on its own. Now i cant add money in my mobivik wallet i dk why and not add more money in wazirx secondly the app is lagging, if i want to modify my trade i have to do that same thing atleast 5 to 10 times then it updates the trade third I have to close it many times as it stuck at one frame not smooth app
The graphs doesn't load, it doesn't even open. I tried it several times, even waited for 5 minutes, but the graph didn't appear.
Today, I created the account. And I wanted to start my trading journey in cryptos but I couldn't. There is literally no good option to add funds. I thought this is India's top exchange but it is not. There is no option for deposit like UPI, DEBIT CARD. There is an only Net Banking option available but that is not working actually and the charges are 50₹ per transaction. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE. It doesn't show PORTFOLIO P&L percentage like CoinDCX and Coin Switch Kuber. Please update app.
Worst app, I tried P2P to get USDT, and after getting a match, I paid that person on his UPI I'd, but he didn't confirmed my payment, and I haven't recieved any USDT coin, I have been trying to contact this app customer care, but they are constantly ignoring my messages and call, no replies.... worst app I have ever used
Nott having a option for deposit there is only option of internet banking which is also unavailable. and other option is Wazirx p2p which is very complicated first you have to buy usdt from seller then you can invest in it. need to add more payment options or there is better option of this app like unocoin coinswitch in which transaction is very smooth and more secure. kindly add more payment options in this for smooth and better transaction.
