I thoroughly enjoy the shows on WBAP, but this app is horrible. It drops/crashes for no apparent reason & won't shut off when you want it to. Worse still, when you least expect it, it turns itself back on and will drain your battery within minutes. If I can rate this app lower (than one star) I would!
Bloated and once started, good luck trying to close it. Just since I got up this morning (it is 10am) it has used 18% of my battery... and I haven't even used the app today. I tried to close it by ending the task, but it camps out in notifications bar. I'm uninstalling it.
The app works well once you get to your expected content. It's hatd to get out of once it is connected, and keeps trying to activate itself again after deactivated for your choice program.
Apps sux. No matter the updates. Heck alex jones has a better app. Uninstalling. Once you get through the adds it skips and replays what already played. Cant follow along. The commercials play perfect. Haha.
Get rid of most of the ads. It's like playing whack-a-mole just to navigate through all the ads on your terrible app/website..
As others have said, you have to create an account. Then, it would not connect to the station. I love this station, but I live outside the broadcast area. I really wanted this app to work.
The ap keeps stopping. The ap will only run foe a few seconds and stalls. has been a consistent issue. Pixel 3 phone.
This app is terrible. It drops stream frequently. Forces commercials after restarting when dropped.
All these boomers complaining is just stupid. The app is fine and has been except for the recent ads. If your app drops its because you have a busted old phone or your jitterbug just doesn't support it.
Crashes too much, literally a 50% chance it will work. Also keeps asking for permissions it already has.
Drops the feed every 5 to 7 minutes. Your apps are a serious pos. Thanks

I refuse to create an account. Also, for some time now the app as had a feature that allows it to continue playing even after you've closed the app. That is very annoying, and if you are in a hurry it's very difficult to go back and open up the app, press the power button, and then select the correct option to exit. Meanwhile the keeps playing while you're doing all this. I love this station, grew up with it. But I'm through with the app and won't be listening anymore except through the regular radio until they fix this!
