The app keeps spinning afte opening. Nothing happens after the initial splash page. It might be helpful when it works. It seems to be blocked by firewall from foreign access. Hmmm....
The performance of this app was wonderful in beginming but from last month it's making problem. Payslip not downloading. Its showing not found. My ifms username showing deactivated. Worst experience from last 1 month.
I love using this app. Easily got the details of pension including TDS. For sometime OTP's are not coming while searching TDS or component wise pension. Please look into it to resolve the issue. I submitted Digital life certificate on 1st. November,2021. This app shows that life certificate has not been submitted. I request the authorities to kindly check and also do the needful so that it can be updated . Thank you.
PLEASE DON'T INITIATE ANY PAYMENTS THROUGH THIS APP! A good initiative but very poor execution by the department. Worst user interface and is choppy in animations from one screen to another. Descriptions are not given for the fields that needs to be filled in. All in all very confusing and poor executed app.
This app is very useful for the pensioner. Updation of the name of PAOs/ T.Os & their phone No. is not being done time to time. It would be helpful, if the same is updated time to time. Pl. look into. Further it would also be very helpful if the pensioners/family pensioners are given access to note/modify their phone no/ adhar no through this menu when they have not to move to the Try. only for such updation.
Wow. What's a excellent apps. Those who don't have any Desktop Computer in their home but they also use this app through their Smartphone also. Previous paragraph was written earlier days when I just installing this app. But this paragraph is written today ie, on 10th June'2020. So, after using this through my mobile phone till now really I feel very much proud regarding this a most beautiful & User's friendly apps than other many types of other official apps.
Need to be more upgraded and there must be an option of editing, that the profile holder can edit the wrong information. There must be an option of identity card application. Please address this issue cause the system of applying for identity card is backdated to this days. It must be happen through online. Thank you
On line system is very good procedure for every remote user but when a user wants to cancel his/her leave that time he con't able to cancel without help of unite administrative office...and many time server down issue ocer too long hours. I hope it will solve urgently.
Recently the app breathed its last breath. It was working fine even a few weeks ago, now after providing the MPIN it is asking to link e-servises for employees and after providing the correct information it is saying that an ESE already exist and multiple registration is not allowed. This makes the app totally unusable for the users.

I can not download my payslips from the app, everytime showing download failed. Please resolve the problem. No response received from authority.
When i want to log in through apps it shows your account deactivated..but when i try to log in through chrome browser i can easily log in...plz fix it

Nice concept. Need to improve. Slow and laggy. So many bugs. Can't read some security question as it is not showing the complete sentence.
Excellent app for the West Bengal State Govt. employees. Easy to register and use. Hope this becomes popular with the employees who will be able to do everything related to service matters on their smart phones. A must for every employee for a hassle-free work experience.
Awesome step by west Bengal finance department. The app makes it easier to avail any information regarding salary, leave etc. It is giving some additional services too. I wish you will upgrade this app as per requirements and will give more navigation option.
Error occoured everytime when try to download a file or share a file (.pdf). This error messege come - "Unable to creat directory". Fix this issue as soon as possible.
It is not working properly. After entering the OTP it is showing multiples ESE can not be registered. Though all my details are correct. Please resolve the issue.
It's good and useful, but from last few months I can not be able to see payslip. As when I am trying to download payslip, it shows " not found".
This Application Is Not So Bad. But There Is One Problem in It. As I'm A DDO I Wanted to Sign in iFMS Office But The Application Is Sending OTP on An Unknown Mobile Phone Number Ended with 2059. I Don't Know How And Where The System Got This Mobile Phone Number. So I'm Unable to Open This Page As A DDO. I'm Giving Four Stars for This Problem As It Is Not Helpful for Me in Full Form. I Want to Know to Developers If There Is Any Possibility to Sort out The Problem ? Then I Shall Give Five Stars...
The app is not maintained properly. Seems it is still using external SD card access feature which is scraped by newer android version and replaced by storage access framework. The app doesn't download files now on android version 10 and above.
