The volume is much lower than on any other app with sound. Also too easy to get off live stream into a recorded program when trying to put phone away.
Constantly cuts out and closes. My internet connection is plenty fast to play videos on YouTube. It should have no problem with an audio stream. Very unfortunate
Streaming crashes all the time. I can never get it to run more than about five minutes without crashing.
"Can't play due to network error" is what I get 80% of the time. 20% is the same error, but then it finally plays.
I was unable to play live streaming. The recorded segments played fine, but that wasn't why I downloaded the app.
i am a member but live at Portland, IN. The signal strength is not good here and many times a lot of static. The app has been great until this AM when I couldn't open it. What happened?
Quality of broadcast is great, but frequently drops connection for me. I have to wake my phone up and reload the app often.
I love the station. Sonetimes the connection goes in and out when other spps work fine in same location.
Keeps losing the connection. Then jumps ahead when reconnected, even for on demand.
Works half the time
They should update their homepage. They have descriptions of news items that haven't changed in more than a year
I love being able to continue listening to the on air discussion even after leaving my car.
Really enjoy this. I can listen to WBOI anytime, anywhere.

I like being able to listen to live stream or stories I have missed.
Improvements have me editing my review to 5 stars. Less drops and more news stories. I appreciate being able to tune in as I run in the grocery store or from car to house and not miss stories important to me. Thank you staff and all responsible for the great coverage!
The app has improved significantly over the past few years. WBOI has some great music programs!
Keeps stopping and I have to restart
I like being able to get the local NPR programs. but buffering is awful.
Good app but it very often loses feed and has to buffer. I have great WiFi and this is the only app that does that. Also the sound is very low sometimes and hard to hear.
Constantly cuts out and drops connection. When I use the Tune In radio app to listen to 89.1 I have no issues with that. I have no issues with cut outs or disconnects with any other streaming audio apps.
I enjoy this app! I mostly use it to catch up on segments that I can't listen to live. My only feedback would be to fix the bug that causes the app to stop in the middle of a segment. Example: I listen to the moth radio hour and it's inevitable that halfway through a story, the app buffers and stops. Thank-you.
