It's been crashing alot and we need alerts during storms. I Uninstaller it and installing again to see if it will actually work. Will give more stars once we know we can rely on something to alert of storms or weather related dangers.
The app has improved dramatically. However I have also moved and now I cant get the weather on the OBX of NC because we dont have a weather or news station. Can you possible slide to the right and just discuss the Outer Banks for a second during your forecast.
Love this app! Has a variety of different screens giving detailed weather data. WBTV is rated by an independent agency to give the most accurate weather over other forecasters.
This has been my go to weather app for quite a few years, and I usually access it multiple times during the day. However, it just quit working 5/28/2020 without warning. I had used it in the morning but in the afternoon, nothing! Uninstalling then reinstalling the app was unsuccessful. It was the same situation on all our devices that have the app. I'm so disappointed that I have to find another weather app to replace WBTV First Alert.
Too many notifications, ugh. I don't need a notification that says oh it will be nice tonight. I got the app for severe notifications. Don't see a setting for just that. Love wbtv but this wx app is overkill.
Love the app. Organized well, very responsive. Never lags or freezes.
The updated app works well. Would give 5 stars but app doesn't update on my home screen unless you open the app.

Love this app & it's radar. Wish it would give weather forecast for my town, not just Charlotte is the only thing that it's missing.
It will not download and work! I have used this app for several years and had no issues with my Galaxy Note 7, but after upgrading it shows no Daily or Hourly information. Not even the temp and humity are available. Ugh! Also, there are too many ads showing up now. Of one must spend more time closing ads, than looking at relevant information, then it's time to move on.
Won't load properly anymore. It simply freezes and will not move beyond initial screen load. None of the features will open nor will the button choices work. Worked fine until the past week. Too bad. It was my go-to local weather app. Please fix.
worked great when i 1st downloaded it. till a week ago app crashed n radar is no longer working and it seems like it may have crashed. not sure got and update thinking it would fix it. nope app just wont load features. so i deleted it. ill return a little later maybe its fixed by then.
Up until recently, the app worked great. But somehow something is now off. The "follow me" function is listing a place in Virginia, but I am in North Carolina. And I can't seem to turn that function off. The weather forecasts are pretty accurate.
Uninstalled because of the excessively crazy number of ads. Now you have to watch an ad to watch the focast, that was the final straw for me. I could handle a few here and there but it's just gotten out of hand.
Some station managers need to better understand that jamming huge repetitive ads everywhere is totally obnoxious because it bogs down operating system performance and leads to clunky apps that are quickly deleted. Less ad revenue is better than no ad revenue, figure it out.
Love WBTV weather but lately it has been hard to see the weather with all the ads and not being able to view radar video. Uninstalled and installed again. Same problem. Might have to install another weather station.
The hourly forcast and temps are so accutate it is scary. In a good way.

App is too alarming. All the red colors and lighting bolts. This app takes an otherwise calm person and creates anxiety. And please drop the term first alert and finger something more soothing. All weather apps seem to take a negative approach and claim to be this or that. Just be different. Be unique. I not only wrote this from my experience but that of others.
