WCNC is my go-to for news and weather. Always up-to-the-minute and comprehensive. The app is fast and well designed.

Horrible! I much prefer the old app. It was easier to navigate and didn't take forever to load. What I want to see isn't available or I can't find it. The weather section still is talking about the hurricane. Can you not get current weather updates? Nope! Not on this new version!! If it wasn't broke, why did you attempt to fix? EPIC FAIL!!

This was quite accurate for quite a while. But unfortunately I'm going to have to uninstall it due to it's inaccuracy the past few weeks. I haven't been able to count on this app lately and i hate that! Trying to use the hourly forecast on this app, to stay dry in my garden has been nearly impossible the past few weeks. This has been a great resource for a while. I'm looking forward to some type of update. I will keep checking back in hopes of a more Accurate forecast in tge future. Good luck.

Too many adds constantly loading causing the screen to move around. Makes it impossible to read an article until all the adds have been finally displayed. By then, I've lost my patience and usually just close it and open a different news app.

I love WCNC news personalities and the station. However, I don't like this app at all. It always has a problem streaming LIVE news no matter which device I use. The other news station apps stream fine. Too bad!

Would be 5 stars however, half the time the app won't open when I click on a news notification when it pops up. Then I still have to access the story by scrolling to the WCNC icon. Click to open the app and then locate the story I saw the pop up notification give.

I like the relevant notifications i get to inform me of breaking news. However the layout of the app is jumbled/confusing and has too many ads.

I really like this app, it keeps me up with the weather so I know what it's going to be like that day. One thing I'm tried of is seeing the same picture when I open this app, would like something new like colorful mountain.

Horrible lag throught the apk even on WIFI. User interface is total garbage. Difficult to find anything you're looking for.

whatever they did to this app last week destroyed its usefulness. I used it to read local news, not for fancy splash pages and backgrounds. I hate using this now. I'll look for another source.

Drags a little on scrolling but is easy to index and beautiful. Makes Channel 3's app look clunky and outdated.

Regarding website only: Beats around the bush and repeats too much. Get to the point! Doesn't update often enough. Imprecise layout for weather.

Personally, I don't think WCNC can do anything bad. They are always on the leading edge and the rest of the pack always seem to be playing "catch up"

Slow to load screens. Hard to navigate from topic to topic. Miss the old app. Will try for a few more days then uninstalling.

new update is simply awful in appearance. poorly organized and visually noisy. liked the old UI much better

Screens bounce all over the place as ads pop in and out. Hard to find stories.

I really love the new app, as an educator in CMS Schools and living in Gaston County I am truly going to love the traffic update. Also being able to keep up with Ms. Energetic Hannah and all the places she introduces me to every morning!

What happened?! Incompatible with a Samsung tablet?!! And yet I'm able to install and use the weather app?! Seriously?!! Sure makes a load of sense. #Disappointed

Very well organized, ads are not overly intrusive, overall a good and well thought up news app.

prefer previous app. this one is not user friendly and i am unable to find what i want quickly. i hear thunder, but am unable to find the radar

If possible I would rate less than 1 star. The latest upgrade is user antoganistic. Truly an app I will not miss.

Slow, hard to find things, interactive weather map too complicated.

I enjoy their approach to news/weather stories including their on- air staff and their presentation. They seem like family and are #1 in my book!

Good coverage for Mecklenburg, but I live in Concord and would like to see more coverage for us.

I'm getting alerts for news stories even though I disabled notifications for those. I'm uninstalling the app.

constantly shuts down and reloads. prior app is preferred. Fix the problem of instability.

Liked the old app much better. Easier to navigate and faster. I don't use this app much anymore.
