I emailed the developers about how bad the latest update is and have not recieved a response. I'm having the same issue as others, blank pages, long loading time for articles, navigation back to articles home page. I'm on the verge of installing it. I'm only giving 1 star because it requires at least one in order to leave a comment.
When I try to open the app all it does it load and then it says A Error occured pls try again. I have deleted the app multiple times and it still doesn't work. I can't even get onto the home page. Even though the app is already updated.
I love WCTV but this update isnt the best. I cant tell when a story was reported unless i click on it, and when i try to go back to the main screen of stories, it takes me to the top of the page sl i have to scroll back to where i was. Plus the Booking Report isnt opening correctly
The live stream really needs to be fixed. It's constantly cutting out or jumping to advertising. It would be nice if the tech team would watch the live stream see how awful it is compared to the technology we have now a days.
I loved this app until the new update i have have had it for many yrs. But Now you can't read the articles they buff to long before it shows them.then you read some of it and it disappears. And you have to go back and start over from home page. I don't believe I will be keeping this app much longer. Due to these reasons.
WCTV.tv has an enormous amount of pop ups and advertising which make reading articles impossible! Whom ever developed this 'new site' must Not of put in a lot of thought about the readers! Also, since removing comments where local residents could interact WITHOUT GOING TO ANOTHER SITE (ie. Facebook) Didn't have a lot of foresight in their readers nor care about them. I go to sleep before 11pm. WCTV made a big deal about qr codes. They advertise this app for their news. Tried to find story next morning about it here on app. Well it's not. Why have a news app and not have all your same news on it?
This app is not at all impressive. The AP section is out of date, the latest having been added in 2018. National news is very limited and outdated.
Love this app! This is how I stay up-to-date on breaking news and weather information! On everything I need to know about what's going on around the world! I truly love it! I love the News Caster's they are great!
great app for checking news, but notifications trigger ads which block the important notifications and sometimes the user cant even close out of the popup so how is this useful? Do better, test better before releasing
App hasn't reset since Florida High football begins summer workouts video was shown. That was three weeks ago.
Stories take a long time to load and when you click back it takes you back to the top of the list. Then you have to scroll back through all of the stories to get back to where you were.
I'll get sent notices, but the notifications can't go to or open the story.
It will not upload or when it does it stops showing the content

Does not want to load up on my Samson phone, the app use to be great, until now...

WCTV is the best New,s App that I have ever seen.
Every morning i start my day with wctv and end my day at11 with wctv.
I am having a hard time getting the weather report for Madison County, and the other NE Counties of N.Florida.
Over the past few days I have been unable to completely read an article. It works for a bit then the screen goes blank like it's trying to load an ad. Ad never shows. I hit back button to get out of that window and it does not go back to the article. If I have to back out and go back in to each article three or four times to be able to read it all. I'll uninstall the app and get another source for my news. Not going to be inconvenienced to artificially inflate your ad revenue. ZERO STARS!
