Can't see entire headlines. May be because I have the font on my phone set to large, as I'm sure many people do. Or maybe it's intentional so that people must click on the story to see the headline. Either way, it discourages me from using the app. Prefer Channel 10's news app.

The app works one time, after that the green circle appears and it won't open. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall. Samsung S21.

Please stop putting pictures in the push notifications. It cuts off the message, which forces the user to open the app, which then forces the user to get past a full-screen ad before reading the maybe-not-updated news item. The app is supposed to make getting information easier and faster and this setup does neither. ***6 months later, and the app is worse. I keep getting multiple notifications for news events over a month old...30+ in less than an hour. I am deleting the app.

New update lags. Goes back to first story after opening each article. Also displaying some sort of connection or possibly security concerns by flashing from the story to black repeatedly not allowing the story to be opened at all. Very much a headache. Wish there wasn't any update from the old one. It actually worked the way to expect.

Horrible!!!! Latest update caused the app to no longer work well. Each story takes forever to load and then after just a few seconds the screen goes completely blank. In other words you can't read any of the stories so the app is useless.

Horrible. Wont open!! Too many ads. I want the news not all this other junk.

I get alerts, but then can't find the stories when I open the app. This has been happening for days. Within the last five minutes, I don't see any news stories at all, only ads. I've closed it out, uninstalled and reinstalled twice. What happened?

There are a lot of ads. They send generic pictures in the notifications, why bother? The pictures limit being able to read all of the notification.

New version lags way to long to load news stories, the advertisements being displayed are a complete insult to viewers wanting to use this app as a trusted local news source. A lot of improvement needs to be done.

I can no longer get the app to work, it will not open. The app crashes a lot too just befor it stopped working. Very slow app when opening, when it works.

I don't like that you have to clear an ad before you can see the news related to notifications and quite frequently the story that a notification comes out about isn't accessible.

News articles download very slowly ( 30 sec to 2 min or more). When articles do open, they disappear after 15 to 20 secs. Pretty much useless!

Eh, an awful lot of non-local, non-relative useless nonesense. One "story" required me to download another app just to read it. Actual app usage was under 10 minutes from download to uninstall. Would NOT recommend at all.

I use to enjoy the app an ad would pop at the beginning when app loaded just a banner ad. Now a ad that plays and you are forced to watch it or close the app. If this is new normal then bye wdbj7

The special wdbj7 alert sound doesn't go off anymore when I get a notification. instead it is my text message sound so half the time I never know if it is wdbj7 or a text alert. can this be fixed?

Did not want to see sports. They send updates of sports all the time. And I don't need a reminder that they are coming on TV everytime the newscast starts. QUIT SENDING SPORTS UPDATES!!!

My favorite broadcast station. The crew is tops in delivering notable events. The crew members are so delightful to watch that they make me feel good all over. The aerial videos from the drones give one a virtual feeling of flying, and the Andy Griffith's reruns bring back the good old fashioned clean comedies. Who wouldn't love WDBJ?

The ads freeze the app. Poor quality. Doesn't open 99% of the time just spins.

Notifications are too loud and too numerous! I can't determine how to only receive weather bulletins and breaking news only for my area or national.

Using older version and it crashed, reinstalled and now all I get is ads. No news, just ads.

Since the update stories disappear as you are reading them. Load time takes forever too. Used to be my favorite news app...

It's very unfortunate the channel 7 forces you to respond to advisements just to check news. And unfortunately, news is not updated much over weekends.

App just keeps getting worse - now they are forcing us to watch 10 second videos to see the news notifications. Deleting app.

You need to just have news items under NEWS and lose all that crazy items toward the end. STAY PROFESSIONAL!

In the closings section, it didn't list Bland co. schools. I typed in BLAND CO. schools, & in another affront to me, wdbj7's web site would not accept, or enter Bland co. schools. Without a doubt wdbj-7 has the most useless, unprofessional web site in all of internet history being as this is only one of several problems I usually experience when on wdbj-7's page.

Forecast is the worst. When they call 10 percent chance of rain, then I get an inch of rain and when they call for 85 percent rain, I don't get a drop and that happens over and over and over. I got so tired of it I uninstalled it.
