WDFW Guide logbook

Sport fish guides in Washington are required to provide information on their clients’ catches to fisheries managers. The data from logbooks are compiled to show where fishing effort occurs, the extent of participation, and the species and numbers of fish kept and released by individual clients. This information is used for the development and management of fisheries, for project evaluation, and for formulation of department policies and priorities that reflect angler needs, concerns, and preferences. It also provides the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) with a tool to promote management of Washington’s resources for sustained yield.

I couldn't even make an account they ask for ridiculous username requirements I don't need three upper case letters and a special character plus numbers to. This app is stupid. I have bought my fishing license and was hoping to find some good spots and information I will go elsewhere
