WDIV Local4Casters Weather

The new app is not user friendly. Navigation is horrible. "Interactive radar" doesn't work, and it doesn't show you real time data. The previous version was great- it opened to current radar which is what I wanted. Now you have to search through other info you don't need. I do not like the new video component, as I don't have the time or ability to watch it (working in an open office, do not want to disturb co-workers). I miss the time stamp on the written updates/forecasts. Please fix issues.

Loved the previous app - HATE the update. Map quality is poor, and if I select a view other than the default precipitation, the map doesn't return to the default when selecting that view again. Way too cluttered and complicated. Harder to find what you are looking for. Going to have to find an alternative to this once favorite app...

Horrible update. Was a great app and this update took it a huge step backwards. The actual weather info is harder to find because they want you to watch the videos instead. Used to like being able to see watches and warnings in the live maps section - thats gone now. But for some reason they left in hurricane tracker and tropical warnings - very important info for Michigan where WDIV is located. Will be uninstalling.

Wonderful app until the update. I used it everyday for more than 2 years now and loved it! After the new update though, it has really fallen behind, and I find the new format exceedingly difficult to navigate. I've considered using other apps, but I can't find any that were as good as this one (before the update) PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT!!

Too many push alerts, can't turn them off. And not necessarily unless bad weather but get several a day on the general forecast during good weather. Don't need that on my home screen. Sticking with my fox 2, they seem to have it right. At least I can control the alerts in my settings.

Since the app was updated I have not been able to share any photos on Stormpins. I keep getting an error message that something went wrong. Please fix. Now every time I log in on the app it tells me I have a wrong user name and password. I cannot log in with Facebook either. Please help and fix the app. I miss sharing weather pins.

Went on the app to enter the 250 dollar somerset contest. The enter here link sent me to the website, and the website sent me back to the app. It went back and forth like that. There was no alternative way to enter the contest. Make sure you double check your links before announcing them to make sure they actually work.

Hate it now! New update is terrible. Why did u add so much? It was much more simple before. Now I have to scroll half a page to see what I use to be able to see with one button. I don't want all this extra garbage. Why do I want to see all these different maps on the home page? This is why we have weathermen. Big mistake. I will hardly be using this now. Weather channel app is much easier now.

As 10/30 update radar totally broken. So much for bug fixes. As 9/18 Revised app has too much non value stuff. If you want just weather info this app is not for you. Now you get way too many notifications seems every 30 minutes. Bring the old version back.

This app used to better before the update!!! They used to have a map and you could click different options like road weather, wind, flooding, it used to help me daily when I drive. Now its just like any other weather app....... Highly dissappointed!

Since you improved your app. I switched to a different app because of your much smaller radar screen that switches to default precip when you tap screen. I liked the former screen when you could zoom in on actual homes and streets

If I need to know what I can expect each da...I go to WDIV Local4 weather. I can see radar in real time and even though MI weather can be unpredictable WDIV is more accurate than any other app I've tried in the past.

The old version was much better. This one is terrible. Terrible functionality. Terrible navigation. It gives me a bunch of junk that I don't need. I just want WEATHER.

I'm leaving on vacation for the weekend and I simply wanted to interact with the app that I have grown accustomed to. I wanted to know what I should pack when it comes to clothing. Now I've got to spend more time than I wanted to interacting with your app to try to figure out how to just get the information I wanted in 30 seconds or less. I understand improvements upon flaws but you don't always need to redesign everything, were people complaining about the app before October 7th?

usually great, sometimes no data, radar often takes a long time to start. I like the personal touch of local weather casters comments and video. This app is also great when I'm in another state.

Come on WDIV this app is garbage, no wind speed anywhere, hard to navigate, no future radar. Scrap this useless weather app and pay a kid 10$ to come up with a better one. I hate fox 2 but their weather app is 1000% better. Simple no BS easy to find what you need. Its amazing you guys are letting this thing go on like this its absolutly useless!

it works most of the time but sometimes it doesn't show the 10 day forecast or the tomorrow forecast. and when u wanna see the radar nothing pops up. please fix the issue.

Not sure what happens but i lose the radar and get a split screen with a unloadable video. Have to uninstall and reinstall every month to make it run right.
