Terribly disappointing news app. Each time I try to use the Slide I only navigate through 3 stories then come to an ad or promo page and become stranded. No way to navigate forward or backwards. Really stinks!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and I'm not sure the NewsSlide software is ready yet. The phone froze up where I could not get out of the program or even shut the phone down - lasted for nearly 60 seconds...
Unless I am doing something wrong. Way to many forced ads, and they take forever, and don't even give you a timer until you can swipe past them!
App won t let me use the back button to return to the start screen... The app froze up so I un installed it. Hope your news department does nt freeze up...shame...so much promise...so little delivery....
This app is so easy and I love it! I moved away a few months ago, but thanks to WDRB NewsSlide it's so simple to see everyday what's going on back home. Thank you WDRB!!
Great for quick news , sport section fantastic with both high school and college scores.
I can read all the current news, or pass it by, with a swipe! Wish all news apps worked this way!
Really keeps me informed about what's going on around me. Can't always watch the news, But I can check this on the go!
it wouldnt open for me. it just showed a picture and word next but next didnt happen
You can watch what you want to watch and it's so easy to work the app.
I have to sign in every day; it is bothersome. I uninstalled.

Doesnt "slide" half the time

Was a decent app when I first installed it. Now the screen gets stuck on the advertisement screens and won't respond to your repeated, frustrating attempts to "slide" to the next article for what seems like an eternity. I have no problem with your ad placement, but I won't tolerate you locking my screen so i can't get off it. Its also kind of lame you hijacked the default function of the android back button so that it does nothing instead of what every other app does. Uninstalled.
