Every system works only as good as the people behind it. Either there's something wrong with the system (doubt it), the drivers turn their devices off so nobody can see how little they care about the schedule and passengers, or the administration turns it down for nobody to see how poorly they operate on a daily base. Either way, great idea, worked well in the beginning, but...
Utterly usesly. Realtime display is a joke. Buses fail to appear on the app even though they're nearby.
App worked well enough at first when it worked but it has been offline for so long (or so often that it seems permanently offline) that it is worthless.
This app used to work pretty well but now it says all vehicles are always offline. Hasn't worked in months. Uninstalling.
Don't waste your time downloading this app because it's worthless, buses are always off route, when they are on route, it's off by a half mile at least, the 5 stars with no comments are definitely employess leaving 5 star rating, Helen Keller would even see this app is useless!
The whole reason I got this app was to know when the buses would be coming because even though there are schedules, the drivers use them more as a suggestion than something they actually need to follow. The app is supposed to tell me where the buses are, but it hasn't worked in years. Honestly, what else did we expect from New Orleans public transportation.
It would be great if it worked. I have attempted to use it several times but always says everything is off-line.

Horrible, an embarrassment to New Orleans. A prime example of our tech failures as a city.

App has been offline for more than a month and isn't very useful anyway.
All vehicles always off route. How can a streetcar even go off route? Would be a very useful app but, like everything else in nola it doesn't work right.
It's crap the so runs slow as fun even on Wi-Fi.. and sometime it doesn't even pick up routes.. it needs a update it !!

So what's going on? This app has not been working ...2 weeks now. Very frustrating.
