Disappointing app. Amature-ish for a professional organization. Thought I would try it again after seeing the app had been updated in Jan-2022. Not much difference except you can now rotate the screen. Ads work fine if you like a lot of them. The news and streaming - not so much.

Click on live tv: get ads then errors out once the ads finish. Every. Single. Time. Very misleading. Very disappointing. I'm uninstalling the app.

Its ok. Tired of all the ads. That's the first thing you get when you open the app. Constantly get notifications of the same thing over and over and over.

updating my initial review ... it took 3 attempts of uninstalling/reinstalling but the app FINALLY is working. i am thrilled to have the breaking news that wdtn has before other tv apps and their coverage is 2nd to none in my opinion. while i was quite irritated at the beginning, i have a happy ending on this one. initial rating ... update made app stop working. was my go to for everything but now just have a blank screen. have uninstalled/reinstalled with no change.

You can't just read a news story. You click on a story and immediately it starts blasting a video ad in your face even if you're not trying to watch a video but just want to read an article. Doesn't appear there's anyway to stop or silence the ad video. App uninstalled. I'll just stick with WHIO.

Good app, but would be 4 stars with no ads, would be 5 stars if they put National news back in it. With last update and as of July 23, 2020 no National news! Put it back, not everyone likes to watch TV news. If I could afford the newspaper, I would get that instead. Your app was a good replacement, seriously thinking about uninstalling. UPDATE 7/24/20: National news returned. I give 4 stars because still have ads.

I hate the ads scrolling at the bottom of page...isn't news and all the ads on tv enough to support running your app online without ads popping up over the news and weather...so annoying...especially flashing scrolling jumping around ads...going to find a different app to get my news for Ohio...

I had to install and uninstall this app 4 times before I got more than a blank screen. Once it finally loaded and I looked at it, I uninstalled it for good. The old news app was MUCH better and user friendly.

Turned off all notifications but weather. Still get news updates 4 to 6 times a day. To much. Uninstall app

This has always been my favorite news app. However after it did an update, it is just a blank screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. Not sure what the problem is.

This was my primary source for local news, but for the last few days it doesn't load the news articles. The screen is blank except for the header.

Installed app even after reading reviews & yep should've followed reviews. Within seconds of app opening 4 ads popped up so within seconds I uninstalled it. I'll stick with the wdtn weather app... For now🥴

freezes up when playing video, pages are loaded with local ads and app ads, incredibly slow.

Loved this App but since the update it will not work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still all I get is a blank screen. Very disappointed.

Fewer updates would be nice. My phone is going off all day long, and probably 2 out of 3 are from you. That's too much for me. Other than that, I like the app.

app does not open. searches but doesn't open. app opens but very slow.

Only reasons I'm giving this 3 stars. 1- Too many ads to deal with. 2- No support for a dark mode.

Taking forever.. check reviews and they're all bad . Have tornado warning and sounds like the sky is breaking into pieces above my head. . Sure be nice to know something. This app did no help at all .. Fix this guy's. It is important. Not s game 🎯

Very good. Very informative. This is the place to be for all the latest news ,weather and sports. This is your app.

I enjoy being able to look at my local news and weather, where every I am.

It has been helpful in catching up with local and national news quickly.

App keeps turning ALL notifications on in less than 2 minutes of exiting app

I like channel 2 WDTN they have the best news coverage in my opinion.

Don't bother. Adds are too much. Nothing but click bait.
