The app has totally sold out on commercials. You try to open a page and you're forced to watch a 5 to 10 second ad. It used to be just a picture and and you can close it. WHIO has a better app because no commercials.
the weather is good. lets keep using this app. we all need to use more of this app. it keeps us all safe. but make sure your phone is charged. if power ever does go out use your hand held portable charger. but make sure that the portable charger is charged too. go to safe place if need be. watch the weather. so you know if bad weather is coming your way. keep this app close to you. use weather app that best fits your need. i like wdtn not whio apps. also watch the news for other information.
The app used to be great, but now it's filled with ads. Forces you to watch videos. I get the ads at the bottom or even a pop up before you show the map, but videos?? Other free apps available w/o in your face ads.
Works well for the most part. One annoying issue is that the sequential radar images loop will occasionally stop two-thirds of the way through the playback.
Too many ads and I just uninstalled it. If there were ad-free version I would pay $5-10 for it because otherwise it's a great weather app.
There radar is right on time with the wither rain sleet snow the radar at channel 2 stays right on it
Very good app, video forecasts quit playing though. Will give it a 5 when they fix that problem.
Horrific ads have gotten worse. Now you have to sit through a timed ad. Could back out before. Uninstalled.
Lived in Preble County my whole life, I'm 40 years old. Channel 2 has been my news source since I started caring what was going on around me. Absolutely the Best crew in the Area. Thank you for what you do and keep it up😁
app quit working 2 days ago. won't reinstall. Just like your website that has slowed to a crawl.
I used to use the app to watch the video forecast. It's been unavailable for a week. I'm hoping it's not permanent.
Now that you updated it...it won't work on my phone. Thanks for messing this up for me. I guess i will go find another app & delete this one.😕
can't turn off individual allerts, I only want for severe weather, but all 29 allerts keep turning back on. uninstalled
Better than watching the TV you get the info with out all the commercials.
The adds are great when you are trying to see where the tornado is very smart

This used to be a good app until the last two updates. The white background on the map makes it hard to see anything, and there are weather condition icons that stay on the map making it even harder to see. The weather forecast videos freeze every 5 Seconds. That is so maddening! I even updated this app and no improvements. Deleting this app and going with your competition.. Channel 7.
