We Are Duke Energy

This app does not allow you to login, due to unrecognized email error. The last update did not fix the current issue. I will be uninstalling the app.

I could not even get registered with this app. It said to use email for registration name and then when I put my email in it would say we can't use email for this ..

Won't even let me open the app. Just sends an error message of 'insecure device'. Waste of time just use the website.

Uninstall immediately. Contacted Duke directly about this they informed me that this has NOTHING to do with them. Becareful!!!! Sounds like a app to fish info.

Absolute useless worthless rubbish. Google Play needs to pull it. Wouldn't be surprised if it steals accounts and passwords.

Would not allow my email (2 different emails)to create account. Tried my computer login....no record. Unfriendly from the start.

Useless app since doesn't recognize the email when I'm able to login with same credentials on their website.

This app must not be connected directly with Duke Energy,already have an account and it wouldn't take the email nor password.

doesn't recognize my account but I have no problem signing in on their website. fix your app or get rid of it

This is a horrible app. It should be easy to pay your bill.. Might as well pay through AMSCOT

What happened? My simple Duke app turned into a weird news app that I can't even open? Uninstalled.

The woman on the phone said she doesn't even know this app, so change passwords and keep away!!!

Can not use this app just says email is no good. Same email for everything else.

So I just got a Duke energy and started looking for an app for bill pay. I read the description and info for this app and it clearly doesn't say it's for paying bills. It does say to stay up to date on the company and sharing things with colleagues and such. If you look through the reviews, you'll see employees use the app and customers can't log in. It's not Duke's fault that people don't read the description and expect something else. From what I've read in the employee reviews, the app is great!

Couldn't do anything. Couldnt log in. Was really hoping to make it easy to give someone my money. But it's obvious that Duke energy does not want to get paid. With all the extra fees almost anyway you pay. Lmao what a joke of a company.

It is an employee portal only. It is not for customers and bill payments

I have a account with duke energy and was looking for Duke energy app and I got this app but this app asks me to create a new account. crazy

complete garbage. App does not work.

I thought I was the only one but nobody can even stop an account. It rejects every email you throw away it.

There needs to be an accessable app for consumers as well as employees. As I am not an employee my review of the app is highly limited.

when will duke energy make a customer usable app. that we can use to pay bills, check accounts, and such?

Why offer an app that won't let you login with your email?

Prior neg reviews came from folks who thought this was a customer app. It's an awesome way for employees to stay engaged and informed.

Can't login to my account. Been like this forever. How can a company as large as Duke do something this badly?
