Keeps saying I have connection issues. When I was able to get into the app, they deleted my account and now I can't see what they're paying me etc. Garbage app
Not letting sign in,it happens the same to me ,but I really really wanted to open an app and wanted to get a good deal for something, this app was not letting me sigh in so I went to the store and ask the manager then he show me the right app ,he said this is the wrong app you have to download "my lidl" app not this one ,so I did and it's working wonderful. So just switch to my lidl
Wont let me sign in using global ID. Doesnt give an option to create a password so cant access the app. Which means i wont be able to access future payslips.
All I want to do is reset my password via email like with all other apps.Unable to log in and view wageslips after multiple attempts.Given up.
Only been able to log on properly once, and still couldn't access the HR hub. Works fine on BO at work, yet won't work on my phone even though its compatible. Troubleshooting recommended uninstall/reinstall which then began the saga of not being able to log in at all. Still some hiccups on this app, I think I'll wait until it's been properly sorted for the UK staff
I'm having a very hard time trying to set this app up ? Can't rate ads I can't access !? 😞
Cannot read any other language but English. There are NO options to keep it as such. The default goes to German!! It may as well be Chinese! If you fix this I will give it a fair and honest review, like this one, as ai am not in the habit of piling on to a problem, rather I'd like to be a part of helping to fix a problem. Thank you!
Under the terms of use, 3.1 states that "Use of the app is voluntary and free of charge for you. The app may only be used for personal purposes." and 7.3 "In addition, you are not allowed to use the app during working hours.You may only use the app during breaks or in your leasure time." So why am I being peer pressured into installing this app by the management? I don't want to be forced to enter a contact that I don't agree with. It's a terrible idea, and it makes me feel unsafe.
Can't access my payslips, no way of changing the password, been trying for days.

The app worked fine on my phone fpr about a month and now when I log in to My Lidl I get just a black screen with a person icon which does nothing. Doesnt refresh and nothing to click on. Clearly an error. Can't use it for its main purpose. Very disappointing.
90% of my finger prints are damaged. can't set finger print lock up on the phone in order to use the app so the app is locked. Looks like I'm not able to use this 😂
Won't let me access the app with the password I believe I set, won't let me reset my password, won't let me create a new account, won't let delete my account ! Damn google is somehow involved.
So difficult to log in, keep getting messages either wrong password or wrong email. Even though it is correct. Am over 80 year, I need to buy food on line, it has been impossible.
Main purpose of me downloading this app was employee purposes but that section of the app actually doesn't work anymore, let's me log in but then I just get a blank screen so I can't view payslips or other important things. Very disappointing.
This app is for Lidl Employee Use ONLY! Colleagues of Lidl GB are currently being added on via the "My Account" function on back office where you'll need to set up your password. You can then log on using details from your payslip. At the time of writing (Feb 4th 2020) there's nothing set up apart from a welcome message.
This app is is for lidl staff only! If you are a customer download lidl plus. This app doesnt support login for customer accounts! Most of the articles are in german, no option to set a different lanugage. Lidl doesnt offer online shopping with delivery so i dont know why loads of reviews are complaining about it, lmfao.
Truly horrendous. Fix your SMS already... I don't know how many times I requested an SMS OTP and still didn't get one. Can't even login to my own environment even though the number is correct...
screen lock required! For trust reason in my relationship we do not have lock screens on our phones, but I can only use the app with one, cannot the app have its own lock screen like a bank login? This app will therefore cause stress, mental health issues and disharmony because it demands a total phone lock
App doesn't work on mobile devices. Can not login. Works fine on a computer. Uninstalled

Couldn't sign in. Said my email password was wrong. Stated that the application was for employees.
Not impressed. Can't sign in. Poor customer service generally. Will carry on getting the odd things. The most annoying dirty disorganised supermarket I have been in. All offers never there and stupid excuses why not I will take this opportunity to say DON'T GO TO LIDL
Pretty good but most of the items are from other countries... so.e chocolate taste like it was made with semi sweet chocolate...
It's RIDICULOUS. NOT EVEN LETTING US JOIN. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES. AT LEAST 12 TIMES. YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR APP. USER FRIENDLY, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMERS. I HAD VERY BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE.
Useless app. To access your payslips and other important stuff you need to tap a button that just opens up your browser. And button doesn't even work most of the time. It's easier just to log on straight in the browser, avoiding this app.
