Fix your app. I've now purchased two of your products for the connectivity option and when the goal is to not create a discouraging and infuriating atmosphere, you're failing epically. I know you're working on a new app, but just make the one you have currently work properly before coming out with a whole new batch of things to go wrong. That being said, the toy is amazing! The concept is great, but please make the basics work, aka staying connected longer than 30 seconds, before adding more.

Just like all the other reviews, it never stays connected. Over 15 minutes, I had to reconnect it well over 15 times. I closed the app, disconnected the toy, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The connection issues just get worse if your partner connects so you can actually use the toy and app as intended. For a $150 toy, you'd think the app would work. It was so insanely frustrating. Especially as my partner is in another state.

This app is not user friendly. It seems useful and has some nice features, but if you spend more than a few minutes not actively in the app, it disconnects from the toy and won't reconnect unless you do the full pairing again. If you are in a public setting this becomes a major inconvenience and effectively removes the Bluetooth functionality.

I just unboxed my Melt and connected it to the app on my Galaxy S8. That worked fine but my app has almost nothing in it. Buttons and menu items that I saw on your website are missing entirely and the only thing I can do is change intensity. I can create a custom vibe but not use it. I can't switch settings. Literally all the app does with the Melt is change the intensity which there are already buttons on the device for. This app is kind of useless. I bought this product expecting to have full custom control in the app but it doesn't have anything actually useful. If I could create a custom program that would be perfect. Other app connected toys have these functionalities but this one is entirely missing all functionality. No touch mode, no beat, no draw vibe to make a pattern. Even the create your own button is missing.

1. Connecting takes ages. 2. The intensivity of the vibration constantly falls whenever you change the pattern and you have to manually adjust it 3. It has a mode of vibrating to the music tempo, however it can not connect you Youtube Music or anything like that, only downloaded files. Who downloads music in a streaming era?

We've tried this app a few different times and we have the same issue where it connects but part way through the play it stops working or changes the settings on it's own. If you are still having these issues I guess we will just have to use the remote for the newest item we've purchased.

When trying to connect to a friend, it doesn't provide a link, it just opens my contacts list from my phone. No other options of where to send the connect link. My first review also got deleted.

It is fun to connect with your partner! The app disconnects alot during use though so it can get a little frustrating when you have to keep re connecting during play. You can save a vibration pattern on it based on what ones you like. You also can connect multiple toys, as well as partners.

I don't like the current version. There used to be the option to control the pattern manually as it was running. Now there is only an option for creating a new, short, repetitive pattern.

This is a very elegant device so it's very frustrating that the app is so poorly designed. Like a lot of people commenting here, we cannot get the device to stay connected to the app for more than a few seconds before it stops working. What's the point of having a remote device that doesn't work remotely??!! Unless this app is fixed there is little or no chance of us using it in a restaurant for example because it becomes 'just a vibrater that does it's own thing'. Get on and fix it!!!!!

This app is quite disappointing as compared to the prices of the devices they offer that pair with it. The first issue is partner connection. My device pairs perfectly with my phone, I've no issue with that; but when it comes to my partner, it'll disconnect frequently and override their control. Then the use of the chat feature, namely the call and video call, does not work at all. Texting is allowed but calls don't work and if you leave the app, the device disconnects. Very frustrating.

I connected the chorus to this app. Loses the connection straight away. Or fone says its working, even let's you change settings, but the toy not working. Even downloaded the manual. Even when using the remote on its own go's off, then have to sync again and again and again. And syncing with noise as never worked at all. I hate the thing

I would literally pay for a less garbage app then to have a free pos,I have trouble shooted support doesn't actually answer.im not doing anything wrong the app itself just needs massive work to make the toys worth a damn like it's advertised to work out to like a mile but it won't even stay connected 3 feet away I would literally pay for a better version of the app that works

When it works, amazing. However, sooo frustrating that the app disconnects anywhere between seconds and minutes after connecting. App says ita connected, but it's not. Same issue as many people in previous reviews really. Shame. Amazing device, but pretty pointless and way over priced without a well working app. I hope this is fixed soon.

We've had our 4+ for several years and never used the app. I thought we had a Lovense product so I downloaded their app first. Got to looking at all the cool features...sync to songs, use the microphone to sync to music or talking, a gps speed setting where it speeds up or slows down as you're driving, a sharing community, his and hers...then I realized we had a We Vibe product so I downloaded their app instead and they have...vibration...that's it. What is it, 2004? App needs serious overhaul

As already reviewed, the we vibe sync only stays connected to my phone for about a minute and then disconnects. Completely useless and ruins the mood. Not cool.

After reaching out about connection issues with my partner it is now working like a charm! Only thing I would like to see changed is being able to have my phone off while using it long distance as sometimes it needs to be more discreet 😉 Would also be nice to have some of these connectivity issues improved because it is frustrating.....

App works great when it connects. I have to pair every time it is used with the moxie. Long distance control does not stay connected. And if the phone screen is closed the toy stops responding. Not happy at all for the price paid. Better can be had for 1/3 the cost.

Absolute trash. The app does not actually support remote play because it drops connection constantly. I have tried all the suggested fixes in the canned messages. My partner and I ultimately gave up and did something else we were both so frustrated.

Just doesn't work. Partner connection crashes in 30secs. Calls and Video Calls do not work. Interface also doesn't work. I don't know what the team is doing to "fix" the app but clearly it's not working so either they've been on lunch break for 2 months or they're not actually doing anything. So throw the whole team away or send them to Lovesense so they can learn how to make an app that actually works for connected toys, because so far this one is just a damn big joke and false advertising 🙃

l love this toy! once you figure out the adjustments to fit your personal referencs. functions definitely better with the app, yet we haven't tried it long distance. There are a lot more functions with the app itself. We loved using it during missionary & Doggystyle.... that's if you can find the right angle the joints move to keep it in place and to be comfortable and to hit those sweet spots! I'd def recommend

App constantly loses connection to toy, which is less then 2 feet away, keeps crashing and fails constantly when trying to let partner control. Maybe mine is defective when it does work it's great! But it's mostly frustrating and useless. For the price, disappointed.

It constantly disconnects from Bluetooth, i have to reconnect it every minute or so. I've read use reviews and it appears the developers are not going to fix it some of these negative reviews are years old. I'm very disappointed. Fix your app!

Sorry but this app is a whole lot of bs !!!I have had my we vibe for 3 and a half years and I still get can't get it to connect. You guys need to fix it and stop taking ppls money I give it zero zero stars.

Worst purchase ever. Almost never connects and when it FINALLY does it drops the connection 20 seconds later.
