Seriously can not believe these idiots who are giving one star because "it's only in Tennessee". Seriously?! Anyway... have used this app/service multiple times. Very convenient with several places to choose from. Have yet to have an issue with service. Everyone has been prompt and polite with warm food! Athough I DO agree with a previous review; a contact feature would be helpful if it's long past your arrival time and still no food. Definitely recommend!
Great local company with awesome staff. We love how it's more personal and less irritating than all the others. They were super helpful with any issues that we had and if the app states they do not deliver to your address, just go to the website instead and it will work. Also call the number and report it and they fix it right away. We really like the flexibility with special requests as well as people who seem really happy with their job and it shows. Great company and staff. Support local!
While I like the app and the service, I cant use it since it was updated. It keeps saying that theres a failure to initialize and to check for a data connection. I have no problem using any other app I have, so I know it isn't an issue on my end. I will edit my review if this issue is fixed.
My son &Ive used we deliver many times, the drivers are quick &super nice. Makenzie (one of the drivers) went above and beyond with a walmart grocery order i had. i ordered $160 worth of groceries, & walmart ended up having the pick up time &day wrong. i really needed some of the groceries that particular evening but walmart said they couldnt fill the order til the next day. So Makenzie took it upon herself to go in& pick up each individual item I'd originally ordered!! ThatsAMAZING cust.service
I screwed myself finding this app! I WILL NEVER LEAVE MY HOUSE AGAIN. I was given a time estimate and my driver, Howard (whom I actually know) got here before the timeframe! I had my food ordered and less than 10 minutes later, I received an email that he was already there. Approximately 15-20 minutes later he was on his way. It was super fast and super easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A BABY!
Every other app includes communication. This app has none. You get an approximate timeframe, and that's it. Nothing else. Currently waiting for an order that is 13-23 minutes beyond that timeframe and...nothing..no clue what the deal is OR WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY ORDER!!!! This is the last time I'll use this app because of this.
Super Simple to use. Type in your address. Shows available restaurants and times. Choose what you want, submit payment and in no time at all it seems. A friendly delivery driver knocks at the door with your hot meal in a reasonable time frame.
I can't even use the app. Every time I download and install this app it can't "initialize" and gives me error messages. Running Android 9 on the S10+.
I ordered at a little past 6pm. It didn’t arrive until almost 10pm. Almost 4 hours to deliver. When the delivery girl arrived, her car was packed with her friends. Never using this again.
Your order comes to you with stuff missing that you paid for. And when you chat with them the lag time is really slow. You have to tip the driver before you know what kind of service you're going to get.
Today, 2.24.21 the app keeps saying ; failed alert, issue with my data connection. No way. Im on wifi,at home. I restarted my phone, no help..This is Odd.
Lousy! Every time my family used this we got charged for food that was never delivered. Something always gets left off. Yet they keep your money. Do not get this app
It's ok to order from every now and then, would be better if you could actually track your order.
Everything is great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because you can't track the order once it is done.
Very bad everytime I order from you guys I always get over charged then you guys try and say it's on my banks side when i have the transaction saying you guys over charged and my bank saying the same... I'm not ordering from you guys no more... very horrible service..
It's a great app but it has some bugs like the time is wrong but the app is still useful

i feel lied to. in texas ive seen places that have the we deliver sticker on it but opening the app theres only 5 cities for tn & 1 for kentucky.
once app it's opened you'll find delivery using this service is available for 5 Cities in Tennessee and 1 city in Kentucky. THAT'S IT! say down at a Denny's in Texas and saw the ad for this service, eat at Denny's especially breakfast often so thought could use it in Minnesota but NOPE.
Says it can't initialize and won't let me sign in

Super nice and helpful staff. You call the number once and they pick up immediately. We've tried them all and by far the friendliest and do more for you kind of people and business. No it's not perfect but it's local and small. Just call and report the issue and they fix immediately without argument. I've never had such a great experience with all the others. And plus side... THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO GO TO OLIVE GARDEN! Highly recommend.
