The app constantly freezes and you can't log in and there is no reaaon why. Customer support shows you as logging in and can't fix the peoblem. The website is just as bad but you can at least log in, you just have to do it multiple times....yaayyyy!
Overall, I think the app is wonderful. However, it falls just short of I giving it a 5-star rating due to its inability to facilitate check(s)-deposit(s)-by mobile phone... Please incorporate this feature into your app.
We Florida Financial is so great the ATM is just wonderful truly enjoyed using it. the technology and the design truly rock. the management and the employee's works together they really depended on one another to get the jobs done. they enjoyed taking care of the customer's at all time. why becauses we are there real responsibility. Thank you so much We Florida Financial you guy's are truly outstanding team!!!
Worst bank app. I tried to log in and made me jump through hoops just for it to say to contact tech support because they locked me out. This happens every month. I know my password but it says error please try again late but after trying to log in 3 times your locked out. I love this bank just hate the app l.
Not reliable, always have difficulties logging in. Biometrics rarely work and password always needs to be changed. Very frustrating banking app! Note 5, Verizon
I was not able to enter the year of birth. I had to tap on the calendar arrow numerous times until reaching my year. Not user friendly.
Never get a car loan through a dealer with them. You can't pay directly. Have to set up acct, trans money from checking, then pay. So dumb

App is good but needs face id. I have a pixel 4xl and the only biometric i have is face id. Do not have fingerprint sensor on my phone.
Msg "Unfortunately We Florida Financial has Stopped " on startup. Followed all troubleshooting tips. Nothing has worked.
This app refuses to let me log in. Utter garbage. We Florida Financial has offered zero help to fix.

I'm just grateful a small bank like this even has mobile banking lol thank you so much I've been with this bank since 2002! . Hopefully I get a reward for that?

This app is trash.
I think it is great.
The app never allowed to create a budget. Now I wish that were the only frustration. But today it refused to accept my finger print. The fingerprint scanner works with Discover and Chase. Not with we financial. Than it would not accept any of MY information to log in with passwords, both which I have forgotten with the ease of the fingerprint. Called we financial and no help there, someone will call me Monday. I must likely will withdraw my money and find another bank that doesn't charge me for mediocre customer service.
This app is good to check your balances and activity. Can not deposit a check via picture. Have tried everything. Tried calling, never get through.
I love this app especially after the latest updates. Now you need to work on mobile deposits to compete with the bank.

I truly hate this bank! U can never get through to any call reps being that the phone just rings without any command. It doesn't matter what time/day of the week you call, there's never no one to help if you're in dire need of account info only if you go to the bank. If it wasn't for the length of time I banked with them, i would completely take every dime out and take it over to my BOA account. They should've stuck with the CCCU logo maybe the service would still be great! We Florida you really need to get your stuff together being that you're holding folks money....
Just a crappy app all around. Really useless since it never refects actual account or credit card balances & takes up to 3 days (or more) for it to refect any ACH payments / transfers / deposits / even made between the same checking and savings accounts. Poor user interface hard to see and navigate even on a large format phone. Skip the app and just use browesr for desktop site, which is only marginally better.
