I have this app on my roku TV for the most part it plays the videos just fine but the episodes are never the full episode. I went through the steps of connecting my TV provider to only be able to watch 12 mins of a new episode 🙃. WHAT!!! It's a waist of time. I would not suggest this app to anyone.
If I could rate the app 0 I would. Videos rarely load. Constant errors every time you want to watch something. You can't search shows. The episodes aren't listed in order. Completely useless app.
I had issues with my Roku app so I decided to try my phone and not only am I having issues, you can inly watch 3 shows N 3 episodes per show!!!! Thats so crazy to me, not sure who owns this channel but they need to fix things or just cancel the whole network in my opinion.
Most of the time it will say a connection occured with your server and after two weeks of doing that and installing and installing the app, I gave up on it. Still trying to find a good app to watch my shows while my tv screen is broke!
Both your website and app are buggy/designed poorly. The website has broken Ads and the app has endless errors so far. Also, had a playback button to the keyboard so the viewers dont have to use their mouse.
This app is literal trash. I had to uninstal just to get the app to update. Then the new version only let's you watch 3 shows. WEtv what's up with your UX and interface. Hit me up if you want help damnnn
Every time I download this app to watch love after lockup the app never works. I always get an error code 500. So disappointing and I type in my tv provider. This app is a waste of time
Another update: finally connected to my tv provider and I get error code 500 when trying to play a show. THIS APP IS AWFUL!!! Update: deleting and reinstalling temporarily resolved the issue. 2 weeks later and the app refused to allow me to select a tv provider, and now it only let's you watch 3 shows. Why are you not fixing your app?!?!? Love during lock up will not play on the app, never has. Everything else does, but the show I want to watch.
It doesn't let me watch 90 percent of the time and says user not authorized although I absolutely have WeTV with my DirectTV subscription. The other 10 percent of the time that it actually plays it freezes once it gets to a ad and then restarts to the beginning so it's impossible to watch to the point I don't even want to try to watch anything on Wetv anymore. Absolutely horrible!
App is TERRIBLE!!!! When casting, the app dialogue is ALWAYS OFF like an old Godzilla movie!!! You have to constantly go back a few seconds to fix it...only to have it mess up again in 5 minutes!!! Now it decides to disconnect from my chromecast so when I try to "rewind" I have to disconnect from casting and force close the app and start the process ALL OVER AGAIN. MORE THAN ANNOYING. Thanks for the terrible experience. I love watching Love After Lockup but only when I can actually WATCH it. FIX
It's so annoying to constantly get the message "check network connection " even though I have high speed internet/data and great wifi. They say they have full episodes/seasons and most of the episodes are just short clips. So that was disappointing. It literally takes FOREVER to watch a 42min episode since the app wants to keep buffering or just not work at all. Really wanted to keep but think it's going to get deleted unless they work out the bugs on this app.
When the app works, its great! I love the variety of reality shows! I'm so annoyed right now because everytime I try to watch an episode of any show, I get the authorization error message! I'm giving it one last try before I give up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled for the last time. Crossing my fingers!
Garbage app It doesn't work and says it's server error.... I'm noticing, however.... it's not me and my phone. Bc EVERYONE is having this issue. I'm not understanding how they're not on a streaming platform. Shows are great. App is garbage. Update... Still doesn't work... ugh! I really wanted to watch but this app is garbage.
There are only 3 shows! There's no menu button, when I hit home huh it's just 3 shows & only certain seasons! There's nothing to do w this app! Plz revise
When this app works, it's great and I can catch up on shows. It's a hit or miss if it'll work, though. For at least a few weeks it was giving me an erorr that I needed to re-authenticate my login and no matter what I tried, it just giving me the same error. Finally it'll start working and everything's cool, then it'll just randomly not play videos
This app is horrible! I can't get thru 3 mins of an episode without it having a problem with " the connection " and completely closing out and starting from the beginning over again, its not tje connection tho since its only this app that has a problem and it seems to happen at the same spots over and over if I don't scroll past whatever time stamp it happens at , so I miss a good amt of any episodes im TRYING to watch. Don't think it's worth the aggravation so most likely deleting the app alth
Lately the app has really sucked unable to watch shows we missed. I Uzbekistan Uninstalled reinstalled. Now seasons don't even show up. How can we depend on your app when you can't watch anything. Get it together Wetv
This app doesn't play any of the shows displayed I've logged into my cable provider and I still cant see any of the shows. Everytime I've tried to play a video it gives me an error message which I've called my cable provider to see if I need to add the channel. Which they told me I have the channel and i should be able to watch all of the show, but cant due to we tv app that doesn't work please fix this problem I want to see my hustle and soul again.
Horrible. I can't wait for the season of the show I am watching to be over so I can delete it... this most certainly is that type of an app. Consistently freezing, plays the same exact commercial, the entire time it plays commercials. The only reason I use it on my phone is cause for some reason. The TV app, doesn't even have the show on it! #StrpYourGameUp #Deleted #DontWasteUrTime.
Awful app you can't even sign in , keeps saying authorization failed no matter which carrier you choose. I'll be uninstalling this stupid app.
App does not work on Chromecast. Gets stuck in infinite loading loop. Episode plays on phone the second I stop casting. Pretty useless without working Chromecast functionality. Based on other reviews, it seems this has been a problem for a while and the developer has yet to address it. Hard pass until they fix this issue.
This all is horrid on the fire stick and phone. It freezes and loads in the middle of episodes so you miss a ton of the episode. Now when I go into it the episodes are missing even though they were right they're and if I back out and go back in they pop up but instantly disappear showing that it's only the extras. I can't even with this app.
Useless app that's poorly designed & not user friendly. No menu to search TV shows. Able to access "Life After Lockup" because it's one of TWO programs on the homepage. MANY episodes not even available. Season 3 jumps from episode 18 to episode 35 with none in between. Why make an app available when it's utterly useless; it's mind boggling. WeTV website is slightly better with a menu & lists of shows. Don't waste the app space. Note: Logged in with current cable provider.
