Great App but one thing very fundamental is missing especially for the fixed income section. I should be able to preview the investment before carting it. To invest, it means I have to open my excel and compute what the proceeds will be like. For the Agric section, some other platforms give the rate per period not per annum. What I see is that those rates will be porated per annum The stock section has great interface but lacking basic technical analytical information to aid stock purchase.
The app seems fine and beginner friendly if you ask me. But the issue am having with your app is that I can't seem to deposit with my card. It keeps directing me to a blank page. And the yelp button wasn't working either. If you can do something about it to enable me/us through the app, will be perfect. I will come back and give a five star
The app is cool and good in terms of buying and selling of stock. But recently it's difficult loading the app. Have not been able to buy new stock for five days now because the app is not loading. Have tried loading it fr different network still not looking. Please look into this
The app experience is good, admittedly the fees are a bit annoying but most of that is due to the regulators. For about 2 weeks now biometrics login hasn't been working. That's the only thing keeping if from 4 or 5 stars
I wish I could give it zero star. I believe everyone that gave them anything other than one star was deceived by the look of the app. I did a test deposit which was quick but withdrawal is a problem. I made a withdrawal request on 13th January and today is 29th January but still my money has not been returned. I had several communication with their support, all to no avail. The most annoying comment I received was that the app was meant to make me save. They are scammers.
Never download this app.. it's totally useless, infact their whole system is rubbish. I have my cash stuck in their wallet for the past 1 month. I'm unable to withdraw and to invest the cash.. I've contacted their customer service on several occasions but to no avail.. This platform is a scam!
I just downloaded the Application yesterday. Trying to update my personal information was not going. I kept touching the box for country update, no way, no response. I was only able to write my name. To log in is another big problem, I kept receiving this response " error processing the server to respond" But sign up even 100 times is never a problem. Only to log in is where the war settled. The Application is giving me headache. I will still re-rate it as soon as it improves.
Very deceitful platform. I've been unable to withdraw my money for months now. Sent a message to their support email and they are asking me to go change an email address that hasn't had any problems receiving otp except from their own app
Oh wealth, I love the app, the interface and many other features but sadly you have derailed so much that your customer service is zero. You delay the payments of my dividends and when you pay it's incomplete. My dividends of since last year hasn't been paid when the registrar has paid you, it's bad to note such things is with you guys. May be you should start using separate cscs account so that individuals can get their dividends directly from the registrar.
Since I downloaded this app for a few weeks now after seeing the advert on BusinessDay, I have not been able to sign up. Keeps saying "Password doesn't match password policies" and I've been using different password.
really happy with the experiment so far. Navigation has been swifter than when using web browser. I've been anticipating this app for a long time and I'm glad that it's out. Keep up the good work
The app is quite very good I must confess, however more needs to be done in terms of customer care service rendering to boost its public ratings and may I suggest that you consider adding Foreign stocks to the List of available options.. Thank you
I really don't want to use this word but the app and the people behind the app are not reliable I tried to reach them for the past 3day via phone and via mail but till date I can't reach them and non have tried to respond to my mail, I made a deposit and can't withdraw,I tried to enter my Bvn and account number but there system have registered my Bvn and account number even before I could register it in there system hmm! It's serious o, I think Google should scrap them out, there are acting fake
This should be a 5-star. It's a great platform for investing in Nigerian stocks. My major drawback is not being able to track the value of the stocks at the time of investment in comparison to it's growth unless I download my portfolio statement, and even then, unless I refer back to my transaction history, I can't see the dates to give me an idea of the period of growth. Also more information about trends that will help determine which new stocks to invest in will help a lot.
The app is great. I like the fact that I can invest in stocks easily. I don't like the fact that it is, more often than not, difficult to log in. The app is due for an update/upgrade please.
Hello, good idea but the app keeps logging off each time I want to withdraw money to my Bank. I even tried it on the website and it keeps logging me off! Please I would really love help here cause it's more of an emergency.
I have Android 10 on my device now and the app is not allowing Logging in. Either with fingerprint or with password. And theres no update in the store either to potentially correct that Can you guys please look into it? Money is stuck!!!
You have very poor customer service. I've placed a complaint on Email and Facebook for the past three days. The only thing you know is that you would get back to me, which you never do/did. I have a transaction at pending for the past four days, in which you've deducted money from my dashboard. If the transaction can't proceed, is it so difficult for you to reverse my fund?
It's cool, very nice app, am very much happy using the app. I want to suggest an option that can actually make next of kin or family have full access to the account if anything happens.
The app isn't opening. When i try to open it, it says request failed. My app is updated and i have 10k in there. Whats going on??
Since the down time of the app after i upgraded my phone to Android 10 version I have stopped using it and interestingly you have a better competitor Chaka app which even offer international stocks and the app is very user friendly amazing. I think you should fire your app developer and get chaka app developer like person to work for you.
I've been trying to verify my bvn for so long so I can withdraw but I don't get otps and ever since I contacted the help I've not been answered. This is extremely bad customer service.
I made a payment of 3 dollar for a trial, it's neither reflecting nor revealing any transactions. This is so terrible, if I can't trust on a little fund, then how am I sure a bigger one won't hurt?? Attend fast before any action is taken , Biko....
This is a scam app you guys should not there try transacting with them ok, because they nabbed me, my hard earned money which i tried to withdraw and i even called them on their customer care number nobody picked , many times , so if you want to be free from what i experienced from them you live the app, them and flutterwave are criminals ok
I have downloaded the app and tried all my probable best to create a new account but all to no arvel it not working it just keep telling me one capital letter one special Number one figure and minimum of 8 characters, I have tried more than ten characters but it not working.
Its a good way to save and invest but you really need to work on your customer service. It took me about 1 month for the agent attached to me to pick my call, though he appologised and adviced i can send text next time so he could call back.
It is a good app to buy and hold bonds and stock for a long periods of time (3-10 weeks) but otherwise it is no good as short term buying can result in resounding losses not due to the market forces but due to taxes and fees exacted on every buying and selling act.

Why can't i change my birth month details, how can I be given birth to 2092 ?? I also tried updating my financials yet I get sent out of the app.. what's all this Please fix it if it's a glitch Based on my previous complain, it took a while to get fixed but it sure was fixed, thanks for looking into it afterwards. There should be guides on how to go about the app also and why isn't the agricultural section open for investment yet..all it says is sold out.
Ihave downloaded the app but haven't been able to invest because I understand very little of the content, and the "need a help" isn't working. I think you need to include a menu that explains the meaning of the nairas, the percentage in red and green colors, etc. That will improve the UI/UX .
