UPDATE: Was a 1 star, now a 4 star. It appears they focused on fixing the bugs from the upgrade referenced below. The app is working MUCH better! Since the upgrade it almost never opens to the fingerprint login prompt. I have to open and close it upwards of 40 times. Therefore, I've just stopped using the app. If I have to bug something 40 times I'd rather just bug my financial adviser daily. He responds once out 5 attempts. Much better response rate than this app. I'm sure he's thrilled now!

Too many login issues. I can login fine using my biometrics but if I type in my user ID and pw I get an error. I then go online to the Wealthscape site, enter the same user ID & pw and get in just fine. PLEASE FIX THE LOGIN ISSUES ON THE APP.

Haven't been able to log into this app for a week or so. App just flashes when I attempt to log in. A complete waste of time.

Good for basic account. cumbersome to use. can't modify screens yo be useful. Their website is worse.

I have tried so many times to login into this app from my finicial advisor and can't that I am now switching financial advisor who don't use this app it's God awful

Not reliable. Too many bugs are causing inconsistant log in issues, crashes often, freezes, etc. This is the only app that I have issues with. I have re-installed it twice but that did not help with any of the issues. I'm shocked that my financial company picked this app over all the other reliable, and much more highly rated ones on the market. I guess they were looking for the cheapest, so they got what they paid for!

It's a good app. The content is good. I like that it shows how your accounts did (%gain or loss) for the day. I wish it did not reset at midnight. Also I would like to see historical reports, pie charts, etc. Also, I think you need to improve the signon with thumbprint. If your session expires it brings you to the login page but does not offer the thumbprint scan. This means you need to kill the app and then restart it to get the signon with thumbprint.

Poor navigation around app. If I had a choice I would never use this app, but had no choice. Employee chooz this.

Unable to log into my account. App is terrible, do not use this app. Would not even give it 1 star

Althouth this app does seem to provide an accurate reflection of account balances 1. It is difficult to navigate 2. I find I accedentally exit when I don't really want to or need to repeatedly press exit befote it will 3. Is either missing functionality or the functionality is hidden well enough that it might as well be missing; ex. I think it's not possible to print or download tax forms 4. Seems to have different functionality from the web app Needs significant updates.

This app is constantly screwing up where you can't log in with no work around. Even clearing the cache and it still won't work. It's been over 3 days now this time and it won't work. This has been going on for months. It works fine for a while, then screws up and becomes useless again. Tells me to log in with user name and password but doesn't provide any place to do that. Pretty worthless.

Login (or lack of ability to login) is awful. If this is the experience it really makes me wonder if my money is invested in the right place. Considering moving funds due to application experience. I want to quickly check my accounts, and I can't!

If I could rate it lower I would. Worst financial app ever. No real data to glean from it. You have to hit nxt page to see more tickets. Little research capability. It's even tun on a Fedility platform which Fifelity is by far better. N.Y. Life must fo better or I'm gone.

Works less than half the time,will not remember fingerprint,or passwords

I agree with the below review. The app won't open. It gives me an error message Everytime and just a blank screen. Very disappointing.

Won't even open. I deleted it, and now reinstalling to see if it will work. I really can't stand this app. Complicated to navigate. Not user friendly. You all could do better.

This is the absolute worst financial app. There were two recent updates. After the second update, I couldn't get the app to fully open. Uninstalling then reinstalling did not help.

Biometric logins were working but not any more. Exiting the app was easy before but now the best I can do is to logout but then I can't use my fingerprint to login any more!!! Great job, keep the updates coming!

It was a good app before the update. Content layout was better on the last version. I used to use it daily. I rarely even look at it now.

Logging in is very buggy. Often I must provide my credentials twice and then also the two-factor authentication twice, because the app simply does not respond.

Latest update does not work at all. App opens to a blank white screen. Way to go!!! There's nothing like screwing up something that works. In the coming weeks I will move my money elsewhere, to a firm that has their act together.

Absolute garbage! Not worth the 1 star I'm forced to give it. When the app eventually came up without crashing, I was never able to log in.

Was using v.2.0.2 and was forced to upgrade to this new version (4.6.2). Although it works, I generally agree with most of the negative reviews here regarding lack of functionality. Please consider recoding this app from scratch.

Biometric login does not work dven though activated. I have reloaded this app 3 times and it still does not work.

Poorly designed, not functional on Android phones. Either FIX the bugs or remove it.

Doesn't work well, I've had to remove and add back several times.

I can never log in. It always says incorrect username and password when I literally just changed.
