Wear for Tesla

Installed with no issues on Galaxy watch 4 (regular, 44mm) and paired with S20+/S22U. Recently there was an issue with login\tokens but after approaching the developer through email, I got a quick response and a few days later and update came out which solved the issue! Not a must app, but really convenient sometimes to have an "extra remote" for some of the Tesla car features.

So far really good app. It would be amazing to add more functionality to widget. For example ability to see a ring which displays current battery or temperature in the car and it would be amazing to add a third icon in a second row which gives us ability to unlock charging port. I use that quite frequently when disconnecting a charger. Perhaps ability for us to set our own icons in the widget?

Great app! Setup was easy and straightforward. However, the recent update broke the app. I can't load anything as all I see is a spinning uw wheel.

It's a great app and has all the basic controls you need. I only gave 4 stars because the widget/tile is not customisable and the most important controls are not on it such as rear boot/trunk, and start/stop charging and open/release charge port. Maybe I'm missing something but will happily give 5 stars if can be resolved.

What happened to this Galaxy 4 watch app?? I can't connect to my car any more? It was decent until recently. Seems that the devs decided to just give up on it? Definitely don't buy unless they sort this out.

Very cool app with a beautiful layout. Only thing I don't like is how often you have to re-sign into your account to keep it running on the watch.

Excellent communication with the developer. The app does exactly what I need without pulling out my phone. Do the setup patiently . If you have a problem , contact the developer this guy responds FAST. I'm very impressed with the app. Highly recommended!!

So far I've been unable to log in. Details are all correct but get an "error logging in" message. Works perfectly after a few teething issues initially.

Badly written app. Not useful, AND it’s $1.99/mo to actually use the functions it’s allegedly capable of. Stay far away.

Works really well. Great app. Much more convenient than pulling out your phone. Only minor niggle for me is I'm using it on a TicWatch Pro which isn't the quickest Android watch. Would be good to be able to configure the controls on the main screen. I'd like to be able to disable/remove frunk/trunk controls as too easy to trigger by accident on the sluggish TicWatch watch and you can't remotely lock them again.

App works okay, however it's $15 for the app itself but basic features require a monthly subscription. Would be good to at least make the car controls standard on the included tile or provide some level of customisability for basic controls. It makes more sense to have the lock and trunk controls accessible on the tile over the existing tile functions. I find the existing tile includes controls which aren't as often used, most likely purposefully done so to gain more subscriptions.

Just installed it to try it out. But, I can't seem to set the preferences of temperature to Celsius. I don't do Fahrenheit. Also, I'd like to suggest a watch face, or a range of watch face complications that allow you to show, say, battery level, or lock status, or sentry status, or a quick button to unlock/turn AC on.

Works great so far! I don't use auto unlock on my car, so this means no more fumbling in my pocket for my phone. Did have some issues setting it up on my new TicWatch Pro 3, which also caused a duplicate payment for the app when installing, but this turned out to be a Google Play issue which was solved by a firmware update on the watch. Google refunded the duplicate transaction on the same day.

Excellent app! Very convenient and issues the commands quickly so long as the car is already awake. Would love to see an option to unlock the charge port for when using an adapter and possibly the ability to open and close a homelinked garage door eventually. Not much else I could ask for though, money will spent!

Works OK. Doesn't seem to show the lock status correctly. It always shows my car unlocked.

*going back and fourth with dev; will update. Seemingly could be a issue with Google and not the developer. *Update: App is awesome! I worked with the developer and we got almost everything squared away. The app itself is great! Not sure if it could be added but under the status section maybe add charge port open/closed also. As far as billing.. google dropped the ball and did charge me several times for the product. This is something I need to work out with Google.

Very cool app. Now I don't have to get out my phone to open the frunk for groceries. I would love a premium lifetime subscription option for a flat fee (another $10 maybe? $20?). You deserve compensation for your continued development of the app but I personally hate having to go a monthly $2 and keep up with that.

Edited: did have login issues. Daniel was super polite and quickly fixed my issue once he saw my email. Wear needs a fix to make a quick launch for certain apps easier(not this developer's fault, his app is great). As for this app, great layout and easy to use. Responsive, simple, and seems pretty well put together. Car picture even matches my car. Not super important, but nice design aesthetic.

Just got it for my new Model 3 and it works great on my Fossil Sport. The only thing is that under the hamburger menu, the top option gets cut off on the screen because it is so long. I can only see "Stop and unlock por". I haven't figured out what it means yet. Maybe fix it so that it is fully readable on round screens?

Unusable, tried to charge twice. On my phone, opened to a sign-in page with no clue how to create an account, not mentioned in the description. When I followed the prompt to install it on my watch, it wanted to charge me another 9.99 to do that. Confusing at best. No idea how/if it works, as I couldn't access it.

*Does not work on my Moto 360 (1st gen). I have tryed multiple things but still errors out trying to retrieve any information. Can't pick my car, just never showes up.* Old update: got it working after i connected my watch to wifi and did a couple of sign in, sign out cycles. Also a reboot for good measure. not sure why it did not work in the first place.

So far, not good. Finally got it to log in after many tries. No controls work. Waking up just spins forever. The stats work and are accurate however. I'll give the dev a chance to fix this. On a Galaxy Watch 4. Edit: update to 5 stars. I contacted the dev and app worked the next day. It does everything that I want it to. Good job.

Originally downloaded yesterday and could not move forward with using app. Tried several attempts with both phone and watch. I have a pixel 5 and a Ticwatch 3 Pro. Left a poor review out of complete frustration. 24hrs later reattempted to download. Downloaded with first attempt on both phone and watch. Will update after more thorough assessment. It seems to be working as described.

Solid app for Wear OS that I use on my Wear24 watch. Very convenient to use the watch controls for things like opening the charge port and turning on the climate control without having to get out my phone. Had a small issue once, and the developer responded within an hour to help.

The developer participates in the Model3OwnersClub forums and has recently fixed the communication timeout issues with the Model 3. This app is FANTASTIC. I especially like the new Stats panel. The only thing I would ask for is please add support for scrolling with the watch crown. Otherwise, this app is flawless. THANK YOU!

Great app and great support from the dev. For a car that has so many cool features, being able to control it with your watch has to be one of the best features and it's not even made by Tesla! Worth the price even if you don't use it all the time.

Why does the tile screen (on the Galaxy 4 Classic, don't know if it's the same on other watches) only let you open the Frunk? I would think people need to open the trunk more and to do that I have to go to the actual app. Why can't the actual app interface be the tile interface?

Earlier today I purchased and installed the app, and nothing worked after my phone's OS updated to the latest version. Needless to say I was irked, and left a craptastic review. This evening, it magically started working. Since I changed nothing on my end, I can only assume that the developer saw the review and tweaked the app to work worh the latest version of Wear. However it happened, color me happy -- I can now control my Tesla from my wrist!
