So it now seems to just not open at all. When I open the app it just sits on the splash screen forever without moving forward. Pretty ridiculous when all I want to is sync so that I can get the right time as the watch slowly falls minutes behind. Of course I shouldn't need to sync to do this in the first place.

The app layout isn't good. It took me two minutes to figure out how to sign in because the basic account setup doesn't work. You have to select sign in and pick your Google or one of the other options to even sign in.

Every time I click the pair option, and the next screen appears waiting on a prompt that asks for confirmation on the band, the bluetooth symbol appears in the corner yet nothing shows. So that nullifies most of the features of the band. The app is riddled with spelling errors as well. Thus far, not a great experience. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

Several annoyances. You need to create an account to use it. Ridiculous since the app is the only way to set the date/time on the Wearbuds band. Second, the app is persistent and a significant power draw with no easy way to turn it off when not in use (likely to do with message/call notifications). The single biggest annoyance for me is the repetitive "Bluetooth is not open" message overlay that shows up several times every few minutes if you have Bluetooth off (to save power).

This whole system is terrible. I wish I could return this watch and get my $70 back. The buds are super easy to lose, the interface is sub par and this just needs a lot of work. The charger holds onto the watch better than the buds. Why not make it so the buds are more secure in the watch? Overall, a total let down. I've been waiting on this for months and I should have cancelled my order when I had the chance.

UPDATE: Been using the watch/app for about six months. just Factory Reset my phone because the data and battery were being drained in the past two weeks because it's been running like crazy in the background. Half of the functions STILL don't work. The step counting is great, but it's STILL not showing my distance travelled. Calories Burned STILL doesn't work. Fix It! Programmers can work remotely. Hire some.

Many annoyances. Does not connect to Google fit like it's supposed to. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth. Wrist notifications work sporadically. Hope you guys can get this fixed. Would also like to see a more intuitive UI on the watch face. Would love to give you more stars because wearbuds is an awesome concept but there has to be improvement.

Overall, great experience with the app and buds. However, everytime I close bluetooth on my phone I get every 5 minutes a pop up that "bluetooth is not open", please fix. And the app seems to be draining alot of battery. I wish there would be an option to power off the wearbuds since it also drains battery on idle. I would like to congratulate wearbuds team for a great product, this is awesome! Thank you!

LG V30: I would love to leave a better review but unfortunately I can't get the WearBuds band to connect with my phone so I can't setup the app. I also receive an error message in a foreign language (looks to be Mandarin). Please improve the app as the device itself is very good. The sound quality of the ear buds is surpisingly great.

The other reviewers are correct. The health tracker is pitiful and there is no connectivity for message alerts. There is no support and the app is such a battery drain that I had to remove it from my phone and do a hard reboot/reset to get my battery to work properly again. The watch just sits on the desk plugged into the computer and keeps the buds charged. it's been doing that now for the better part of a year. As for the buds, the sound is sufficient but not excellent clarity. In the long run, this was a complete waste of money and a bad impulse buy b/c the watch was supposed to be the holder/charger and that was kind of a cool selling point. Just an FYI - For Christmas 2020 I bought both my wife and daughter ear buds from Sharper Image through Amazon. The sound and operation are superior to these and I paid less than half of what I spent on this watch for both of them! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don't be taken in like I was.

Update: Don't apologize just fix the issue. At this point I have switched back to my fitbit which never have this problem. Worked great until I updated to the newest firmware. Now it just uses up all my data and drains my battery like a vampire. Please roll back the software to the earlier version so I can continue to use the app. As it stands right now, I will continue to install the app to sync up the time and then Uninstall it once again.

This app is and/or the wearbuds themselves are pausing videos and not letting me play them. The second I stop the app or turn off Bluetooth then the videos work again. I have the pixel 2 xl and use other Bluetooth device that cause no issues including other Bluetooth headphones. This is a major issue. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Bluetooth headphones that won't let me watch videos are absolutely no good to anyone.

It seems like you must keep your Bluetooth connected to the tracker at all times. If you turn off your Bluetooth and turn it back on later, it won't sync with your tracker. The earbuds seem to pair well with the Bluetooth, but that has nothing to do with the app

App drains so much battery, even when closed and not doing anything, have to charge my phone 3-4 times a day, when without the app only need one charge. App also does not connect to the buds, have to register my wearbuds with the app again every single time it disconnects from the buds. The wearbuds themselves cannot change the time on it unless through the app, which always disconnects from the buds.

The constant popup that bluetooth is not on and the unnecessary battery usage on my phone made me uninstall this app altogether. The Google Fit integration doesn't work either. I hope they eventually update this app to address these issues. Otherwise, it is best to use the wearbuds as a standalone wireless earbud.

They're handy, that's why I got them, worth it so you don't need to carry earbuds everywhere. Recently the app has been draining my battery like crazy. Went to work and left my wearbuds and phone on a bench, neither got used however my battery went from 34% down to 13% with the app using up 52.7% of my battery according to settings. The notification system needs work and needs to work with messenger imo. Option for DD/MM as well. Also the watch is very prone to scratches.

Terrible interface and hardware, unresponsive touchscreen and a sleep tracker that works when it wants to. The one good thing are the earbuds, comfortable and loud. I'm hoping some much needed updates will fix these issues, it's a great concept just needs work.

Basically, my watch is now a paperweight! Absolutely horrible experience from day one on purchasing this watch. Every time I install the app it does nothing but go to a white screen. I can't even sync my phone to update the time. What a total waste of time and money.

Great device, but it's funny how this app is optimized for Apple with a 4.0 rating, but poorly optimized for Android. AiPower needs to answer it's Android consumers and provide a better app for our use. There is an alternative app that can be used for all AiPower devices, but it only has a 2.9 rating at this time. It can pair with Google Fit for an alternative. Give us something. Please don't stop here with comments on the app. Send a message to the company as well.
