The graphics and information are good but it's completely spoiled for me by the extremely intrusive ads. Ads in other weather apps I've tried are silent and cover no more than a third of my phone screen. These ads are noisy and fill the whole screen as soon as you open the app. Don't know if I can tolerate it much longer. I'm not prepared to pay to stop the ads so may have to look elsewhere.
Brilliant app. Responsive, smooth with all the detail could ask for. Have used for a year. Usually very accurate forecast. How about a user guide-so much fantastic information, help needed !
Everything was good (paid version) until recently: notification shows incorrect temperature. Sometimes it gets fixed if i open the app, but not today. The app says its 10C but my notif still shows yesterday's afternoon temp 25C. Please fix this.
Best weather app out there and I've tried them all. Cool widgets and make sure you check out more of them are available within the app once you put one on your screen click on it and you can choose more! Gives you every hour and 10 days ahead lots of great information. I don't mind the ads no big deal.
I bought this app primarily for the variety of weather widgets, including weather widgets that include the time. For the variety of widgets and notifications I'd love to give this a really good review, but I can't. I can see that several of the example widgets show the time in 12-hr format, with AM/PM indicators (e.g. 4:35 PM and 4:26 PM to cite the Eternity and Apollo samples). However when I install a widget on my home screen the time is displayed as 24-hr time (e.g. 16:35 or 16:26). I can't find any option to control or fix this. Because of this inconsistency, I can only give three stars. Revised: I discovered that I can, in fact, show time in 12-hr format with AM/PM indicators. I needed to disable an Android system setting rather than changing a setting in the app. I turned off System > Date & Time > Use locale default. I don't understand why this made a different since my locale default was not showing 24-hr time anywhere else, but this resolved it and I'm loving the widgets from this app now.
Could be a fabulous app but it only has military time like: 15:44 which I don't know a thing about, so it's worthless !! A horrible, app, could be great but only has military time. It's really stupid: uninstall. Get with the program !! 😠😠😡😡🤬🤬
Great user interface - only thing to make it better might be to show both metric and English units at the same time.
This is an excellent weather app. It's hard to find one that does all it says but I believe I've finally found it in this one. Thank you. I love playing the game ads. You can play them until their over. I play them lol. Tonight will be the big test. Expecting severe weather in my vicinity. If all alarms and details go great I will buy the pro version.
Very informative 2eather app. Ads are minimal and not distracting, gives accurate weather info. Recommend it....
Advert plays with sound. Terrible idea. Intrusive. Loud. If I check the weather in a church or business meeting, some loud advert will play and make it look to everyone around that I have been surfing the net during the meeting. This is new and it spoils the app. Plus I am prohibited from quickly silencing it or turning it off...the advert fills my screen and plays loudly no matter what I do for at least 5 long seconds. Stay away from this app at all costs.
I have tried 4x weather apps that try their best, but this one does the best. All the right info with subtle display announcements and not a tone of extra junk. Keep it up!
My experience with this app has been a very good experience. The accuracy is on point and over the past five months since I have had the app I've never had a problem with not knowing what to wear in relation to the weather. Great app. 😇
Very useful & accurate app. I am proud óf having it . In radar segment the temperature is shown in F* . There should be option for C* also . Hopefully you will look into the matter . Temperature does not work automatically .Thanks - Pawan
Great display. Accurate so far. Really like this app. Like it enough to pay for no ads.
I have tried many different weather apps. This by far is great, it has everything I want and more. The widgets alone make the app awesome. So many other apps don't have widgets or the ones they have are irrelevant to the information I want to see without opening the app. The design and flow of this app is flawless. Weather has been pretty spot on which is a big deal for a weather app. The timing quoted for rain, snow etc has been by far more accurate than many others. Finally found the "one".
Basic features unavailable unless you pay. No free option with ads.
Perfect for me. Useful, elegant design. All the important info on one page without excessive animations, cartoons, etc present on other apps. I'm not 12 years old! And who needs even more distractions on their phone. Extended forecast is on one page - a deal breaker for me on other weather apps I've tried. The 25 day is hilarious! I'm assuming it's sort of a joke on the 10 day forecasts that many apps offer.
The Little Moment widget gives what I need to know about the current weather at a glance, plus it looks good on my home screen. Then when I go into the app, it gives me the hourly forecast without having to navigate through a bunch of tabs. Plus the data is consistent with what's actually happening locally, unlike with some other weather apps I've tried.
I'm reticent to write a review since each time I do, a developer goes and changes it on me, forcing me to uninstall; nevertheless, I am enjoying this app. I love that it has the things other apps miss like moon phases, so nice, and sunrise/sunset times. Love all the widget styles, too; though not sure why sometimes 2 appear in the notifications tray. Only complaint is that it does not have a live radar and that the temperature doesn't appear in my notification tray upon start-up. Still, GREAT!!
Pros: Has potential. Many different choices for widgets and set up beautifully. Didn't get to use it really because I uninstalled fairly quick. Not sure of how accurate it may or may not have been. Cons: The high temps are listed second and low temps are first with no way to fix that I could find. Also, I really needed when you click on the time within the widget that it would pull up options of alarm, stopwatch, and timer. This app doesn't have that option.
Nice app. Well presented. Clear graphics and plenty of information. Just bought pro version which, according to the app info is supposed to remove adds and unlock additional features. It does remove the adds but there are no additional features. Very deceptive and dishonest statement!!! Also radar does not work. Display and colours are the same regardless of what layer and weather info type you select.
Straightforward, accurate, the ads are not a bother to me; they are not constant and their timing seems rather proper, and they are usually a little relevant. I've yet to open the app and first thing get hit with an ad; definitely a plus. I like this weather app. I depend on it and it serves me well. I've yet to have any problems with this weather app. Thank you.
I was looking for a weather app for my chromebook...I even typed in "weather apps for chromebook" several came up so I picked the one with highest rating. For starters, the LITTLE screen is the same size as my phone. Literally covers 1/3 of my computer screen with no way of enlarging the center. Or the part that shows the weather. Next, forget trying to "DRAG" a widget to where I want it. It dont even move. Just keeps showing me how to "drag" it on a PHONE! NOT A CHROMEBOOK!
Absolutely outrageous amount of ads. The app was fine up until a month or so ago when I started getting full page ads every single time I open the app. Now I get an ad even if I just switch to another app, leave this one running in the background and switch back to it. Just now I opened the app, got an ad, went to 15 day forecast, then went back to home and got another ad. It is unacceptable to have this on top of the several ads already built into the app. Don't bother with this bs.
