Clean, clear, intuitive, aesthetically pleasing and with a good choice of widgets. Works very well. My only feedback is that sometimes the clock does not stay up to date on the widget. This is solved by refreshing it but I'd hoped that the clock would refresh more often than, or independently of, the weather updates.
The Daily Weather news feature gives errors on weather information. The top part of the app looks good. Except for the humidity and sunset and sunrise times, everything below the humidity field or line is inaccurate or contains errors or no data. I don't use the Daily Weather news feature because of what I have just written. The widgets also appear to have errors too.
Two things I didn't like. First, I purchased the pro version to get rid of the ads. But it leaves behind an ad to purchase the Windy application, and the ad is embedded in the middle of the map view which is annoying. Second, precipitation amounts in the map view are in millimeters even though I selected inches in the app settings.
I really like this app. It's easy to navigate around and full of information. I needed an app that would give me weather and driving details for several states surrounding where I live, and this gives me all that plus more. It has a great look to it as well. I purchased the Weather Pro because I hate pop-up ads and feel the cost is low and worth it. I recommend Weather Pro and feel that any users will have no trouble navigating it's features.
Visually pleasing, comprehensive, and east to use. On the minus side, I upgraded to Pro to get rid of the adds, but a most distracting invitation to download a wind app remained. Users who don't want to see download invitations on their screen should have an easy way to get rid of them. Eliminate this nuisance, and the app will be worth 5 stars.
Would give 5 Stars if it kept the Temp reading consistantly displayed in the status bars. Also, very annoying to get a sound notification everytime the temperature in the status bar gets updated. NO WAY to turn off the sound notification without disabling it for ALL other Apps on the phone. Please fix.
I was happy with the free version of Weather so purchased the Pro version, hoping to use the radar function, but it doesn't work. I have reported this problem several times, but the developers haven't replied nor have they refunded my purchase, as requested. Not good customer service at all, hence one star.
I really like this app, with one minor quibble. l would really like to see a field for total daily snow accumulation. Due to the size limitations of most android devices, I find it really annoying to have to try adding up each hourly snowfall to get a total.
I loved this app until about two weeks ago when it stopped working! It opens for about 3 seconds then it immediately shuts back down every single time. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled but still it doesn't work. Same thing on my wife's phone.
App worked well, I have the pro version, but for some reason it has stopped working. I tap on the icon the app opens for a moment then I return to home screen. I uninstalled and re-installed but the problem persists.
The Widget takes too long to load, almost 15 seconds. Otherwise, the app is good provides plenty of info. Also it should allow configuration of Font for widgets, the current fonts are too big.
Pay for it with no doubt. I live in a small town in Europe and note a single time this app gave me wrong or misleading forecasts. It has some issues with locating me, mostly has about 500 meters error but it's not a issue that borders since weather is not any different 500 meters away.
This app is so good. It just tells me how is the weather at regular intervals. Also, it gives accurate results. The UI is excellent. There is no clutter. The settings are simple. The developer has really done a great job!
Don't bother! The app freezes which is annoying, however, I also paid for the Pro version thinking it would remove the ads. Surprise, it doesn't. I wrote to developer, haven't heard anything back.
Very well developed app. Nice interface and wedgets. Can't find where to set refresh interval and where to change the text colours. Would give 5 stars if these options are available.
pro version seems worth it. only things i feel are missing are wind speed and pressure in hourly quick view, but both are available if you are up for a bit of scrolling and reading.
Really love this weather app. It's very clean and well designed. It has a lot of great weather information, including, current wind conditions, precipitation, humidity, and much more. Ads aren't that bad of a problem, but i will leave an update after trying the pro version. UPDATE: app does not have weather radar. Has all kinds of other functions but no radar. Super disappointed and am deleting and redownloading my FREE weather channel app. That has way better features and is easier to navigate and understand. This is just a basic weather app with a fancy look to it.
