The main features of Weather Now app are the “home screen” and the forecast page.
On the “home screen”, you can get information on the selected location such as local time and current weather with detailed weather conditions, and, of course, an incredibly beautiful three-dimensional image of the Earth with realistic-looking atmosphere, the sun and the stars.
You can manually turn it, increase and decrease its size, run the slow spinning animation or stop it. Installed in a cradle or dock station, the application can run as a screensaver, attracting your friends and fellows.

The weather forecast is provided by CustomWeather and Weatherbit companies.
CustomWeather is a leader in technology and meteorological innovation, providing local weather information to companies and application developers around the world.
The current weather data is gathered from thousands of professionally installed and maintained weather stations installed mostly at airports.
Weather Now only shows current weather from stations that have reported local weather conditions within the past hour. Current weather data is refreshed every 30 minutes; that is twice as frequent as most other weather providers can offer. Unique 48-hour forecasts from over 100,000 locations around the world provide a level of coverage and detail that simply cannot be found elsewhere.

My first impression of this app was that it looks great, especially the widget. After a few days use I realised that it was seriously lacking one important thing which is it doesn't actually give you much of an hourly forecast. The widget only shows four hours, if you open the app it shows a two hourly forecast for two days but that's it. If you want to see the hourly forecast over a few days forget it. Please fix this.
Terrible! I'm using the app normally (for getting weather information), after updating to the latest version, all features related to weather disappear and the functionality of this changes to "setting phone's wallpaper with real earth image" and to continue getting weather info, I have to download another app then pay money to use it (of course I wont do that)!
Misleading. You think that you're getting a full product at 89p from an £8.99 reduction. Turns out it's just a monthly subscription. It's already run out and asking for more money from me before the month is up. Whilst it's a good app it's not worth 89p per month. Uninstalled.
One of the most beautifully designed weather apps, but totally useless. Current conditions are somewhat within range, but forecasts are totally inaccurate, off by up to 10⁰C. I'm glad the app was temporarily available for free, but I'm uninstalling it now.
Same issue as described by other users: got this app free while it was on offer, yesterday the app stopped synchronising so I updated it. Now I have a useless (but pretty good looking, got to admit that) 3d model of the earth with a bunch of adds. Total bullsh*t.
A splendid app. The information is more accurate and detailed than several "big name" providers. I don't understand why a lifetime subscription to add just one extra weather source is SO expensive but it is completely optional.
I installed this paid app which was on sale.(₹620/=) for 100% free on Google play. But as soon as i installed it...it gives me a notification that this app is outdated and doesn't work..and a notification opens up...asking me proof of purchase and if purchased to send the copy of purchase via email.and then it directed me to download the latest version of weather now (which is completely free..with ads ofcourse). Wow..hats off to the dev for placing an outdated non working app on sale 👏 🙌
Nice looking app that seems identical to 3d earth pro. Weather alerts do not work on Canada. Tried to email dev from the email in the store description but it bounces / isn't valid. No way to contact dev. I wish the big widget could show precipitation amount instead of precipitation chance %.
Beautiful graphics, but it is not reliable app. overnite i wake with a weather from a different province , i have to fidget with the app settings again and again , not to mention the huge battery power it consumed 37% , uninstalled 😢
Updates clear all settings. Don't spend any time configuring it or adding cities you want to see the weather in, all that seems to clear with an update. Otherwise it's a decent weather app.
Well cool looking at the beginning, but a few day's into it it's telling me it's outdated and to install a new updated version, what a farce, there's no new updated version to be had unless you buy the app. Not cool guy's, just a waste to time and space on my phone 😡😠🤬👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽.
This app was given as a free promotion (bait) and then converted into an ad-supported/subscription-based app (switch). Very unethical. Very disappointing. And the background sucked. You should make it editable.
Clock problem - the clock lags severely. Sometimes it will say a time for minutes on end. Just now, the little clock at the top of the screen showed the right time of 18.06, but the widget showed 17.59. It only updated when I tapped the widget to open the app.
Really good, with one glaring problem. The reported wind speed is horribly wrong. All other conditions are reported accurately. This issue needs resolving.
I think you can see by all the reviews that your decision to start to ask for a subscription has been a pr disaster! I would have paid a one off payment but I got the app for free, it has since been removed! Splitting the app in 2 and telling us its different is just a con! Do you think people are really that stupid?
Starts out as on sale for free, but they disable the app as soon as you open it, forcing you to download the free ad-based product, which still doesn't work. Just added this developer to my Black List.
After I purchased it when it gone for free for few days, I can't restore the purchase and remove the ads. I have to pay again to remove the ads basically. Also, it was a weather app and now it became just 3d earth
Scammers, they trick you into thinking you have a paid version, then swap the app for a completely different version requesting money, widgets are also gone with the new app. Uninstalled
*** SCAM ALERT *** It's not FREE, down from $24.99!!! Shortly after installing it a message pops up and asks for $9.99/year after 3 days trial. Looks liie a clone of their other app that asks for subscription, too. Google, time to block another spammer.
Something's Wrong... One would presume the big number at the top right is the current temperature, no? Well, 13:30 and it reads 24° (C as I had chosen Centigrade), and "feels like 25°". The forecast screen says today's range is 28-30° while predicting 14:00 at 30°. The REAL temperature according to the local authority was actually 31°C and the day range so far 25.8-31.8°.
I did have the Weather Now app installed but after an update it now seems to be a competely different app that does not even include weather information. From what I have seen from reading other reviews on the app and others from this developer I would stay clear of these bait and switch scam artists.
Scam alert! This was a good working app until the last update. Used it daily for weather predictions, now it's only a lame version of Googlemaps. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
Update: great app, the lags was a result of my phone update removing the app from. Background activity so the other low reviews based off performance is usually the same. Problem. Great app thank you
What a joke this is. I got this app for free whilst on offer... should have been £9.99. Now they have updated it to remove all add free weather reporting functionality and made it advert ridden and a globe map app. A joke and disgusting from the creators. What a con
Freshly installed "free" version is a scam. The furst thing it shows is a screen, claiming that the version is disabled, that I need to provide a proof of purchase, and provides a "download new version" button which leads to yet another versio, with ads. Nicely done, no reason to try your products ever again.
