The main features of Weather Now app are the “home screen” and the forecast page.On the “home screen”, you can get information on the selected location such as local time and current weather with detailed weather conditions, and, of course, an incredibly beautiful three-dimensional image of the Earth with realistic-looking atmosphere, the sun and the stars.

About weather data and forecastThe weather forecast is provided by CustomWeather.CustomWeather is a leader in technology and meteorological innovation, providing local weather information to companies and application developers around the world.
The current weather data is gathered from thousands of professionally installed and maintained weather stations installed mostly at airports. Weather Now only shows current weather from stations that have reported local weather conditions within the past hour.
Current weather data is refreshed every 30 minutes; that is twice as frequent as most other weather providers can offer.
Unique 48-hour forecasts from over 100,000 locations around the world provide a level of coverage and detail that simply cannot be found elsewhere.
Current weather information includes:

Awesome graphics! I appreciate the accuracy of the forecasting. I reat enjoy the naps app. It is very descriptive of street names and popular sites to locate and visit. Thank You.
After installation you will be bombarded with countless ads (JEEZ) and force you to immediately uninstall. Just avoid.
App given away for "free" for a few days, now it wants to do ads and sell the premium upgrade. So much for free for a limited time. Uninstalled. EDIT: Dev keeps talking about how the app works fine. It does. The problem was it was listed as I think a $5.99, I dont remember the exact number but it was a 'paid' app that was listed with the $5.99 crossed out and listed as 'free.' The implication of course being they were offering the FULL product for free for a few days to drum up reviews. Total bait and switch because now its all ads and no premium in that 'temporarily free' version. I guess they're drumming up those reviews. Horrible developer avoid them at all costs.
I don't know where to begin. Yes. Ads are overwhelming. You must use a VPN Adblocker. App is terribly slow and sluggish. App is grossly inaccurate with its data. It says the UV index is 5 in the pacific northwest in the winter when every other source indicates 0 or 1 during peak clear daylight hours. There lacks customisation of the graph. The splash screen is tricky and forceful so you buy. App is terribly unreliable. Don't even consider opting for the paid premium version.
Full screen loud ad on launch! Really? Uninstalled. Edit: quick response from developer but I think he/she missed the point of my review. I pay to remove ads from apps that I find useful. If I can't evaluate an ad that can unexpectedly deliver a loud blast of noise on launch it's of no use in certain situations e.g meetings etc. From the little time I spent evaluating it I think its a pretty app, but a bit cluttered compared to other weather apps. It's a tough field.
The widget was working for a long time, but now it no longer works, which still worked with the previous version. This app is useless for me now. It says that the widget is now an exclusively premium feature. I tried to reinstall it many times. I had owned an ad-free premium version of this app, but all of a sudden, the message appeared in several languages that this version must be updated and that the previous premium version that I was using had been removed from the Play Store. After updating, all of a sudden, there were ads again. Based on my experience, I think I had better switch to another app.
Nice, fancy looking app with beautiful Earth visualisation, but it doesn't work as proper forecast app. Forecast tab doesnt work at all. The application contains too much advertisement. When it comes to forecast tab, it stopped working recently. UPDATE: Still got no reply to that issue... FORECAST TAB STOPPED WORKING - one day works, another one don't. Developer contacted me regarding this issue, but after providing details I got no response.
Give this "premium" app away for free (bait), and then make it ad-supported and/or subscription-based (switch). Good thing Inwasnunder-imoressed to begin with. Free weather information from Google seemed more accurate and reliable than what I got with this app. Oh, and the background sucked. You need to make it editable.
You have to pay for the app to probably get a good experience with it. Too much ads. Sorry guys but don't see the worth in paying for the app as there are lots of weather forecast mediums free without that type of ads interference. Love the 3D earth navigation though, well done.
i do <3 the app and the slick notifications on my AOD screen, always knowing the temp & the option for a more throughout forecast on my pull down menu. reason i have only given it 3 stars & not 5 is because every time i clicked sonething in settings it would tell me to subscribe to another free trial for this or that yet I already had been paying for what I understand was THEE premium access package then I started realizing I was being charged for the same app 3 w/ 3 diff amount NOT COOL >:·{>
Too many ads ! Can't actually use it for amount of ads. Uninstalled ! Weather Station is far better and not loaded down with ads. Giving a " premium " app away and then requiring an update wanting you to pay for it while loading it down with ads, is bait and switch. Surprised Google allows this. ( not really ). Should not even be 1 star !
Very nice weather app - I think the best design of all apps I ever tried. One thing is a bit strange - there are 4 exactly the same apps in the store - but under different names: 1 - WEATHER NOW - forecast radar & widgets. 2 - WEATHER NOW. 3 - WEATHER NOW Premium... and 4 - 3D EARTH - accurate weather forecast & rain radar. Three of them are from the same developer. What's the point?
Great weather app. Gives you a very clear view of upcoming weather. It has a earth view which is very nice but its only updated once a day. It would be nice if it at least gave a satellite view of the earth animated to every 0 minutes or so. That would make the earth view useful . If you add it I will give you 5★s.
Not the worth the money to spend monthly subscription. At best maybe 99 cent one time charge The fact that you have to upgrade to enable your geolocatjon is enough for me not to waste my hard earned money on a greedy sub par app. This is a feature almost EVERY app offers for free. That fact that they consider this a premium feature when it cost zero money to access this information publicly. What's next, charging for the temperature. Bye!
I got the premium version of this app. Then a few weeks later it turned into a different app called "3d earth". It then asked me to redownload this app but it now has ads and is asking me to pay for the premium version. They have clearly done it to get some good reviews before they changed its functionality.
The app was just fine until they released an update and turned my weather app into a 3d earth wallpaper. Before, everything was accessible and anyone who bought the app lost their money because they've made a separate stupid app where you have to pay again. At least give anyone who previously owned the weather app the full version.
Downloaded and installed. First time opening the app, it shows my current temperature at - 40 degrees F.... And it I change it to Celsius, it also show - 40....it's actually 54 degrees F. If you don't get this one thing right straight out of the box, nope, you're going away. Bye
Way too many ads to be useful. Every single page you navigate to makes you look at another ad. Very annoying. it has the best graphics of any weather app, but is ruined by ads.
At first they give away the premium app for free and after some days, you must update to the ad version because the free premium app isn't supported anymore. This is a very very bad strategy. Immediately deinstalled. 👎
Grabbed the premium app when it was offered for free on play store from its usual price. The app requested an update and now it is in your face ads with a subscription to remove. Very deceptive, and consumer unfriendly. UPDATE.... The developer claims they did not give the premium app for free. This is a bunch of b.s. The app was clearly listed as a discounted app on the Play store with a price of free at the time it was downloaded.
Since this "update" all the different 'Maps' have gone! Now there is a basic radar satellite, no wind map, pressure map, rain map, ALL OF THE MAPS HAVE GONE! And I pay yearly for all 3 versions of the Weather Now app, and the "Maps" have disappeared from ALL OF THEM, ON EVERY DEVICE! I think you will find that this is the thing that everyone is complaining about when you ask them for more details! When all the different maps are working, Weather Now is a better than 5 star app! It's the best 👍
Are there widgets for this app? I installed, paid for subscription. Nice app. I runs next to my eHDWeather (paid), Weatherbug (paid) and MyRadar and RadarScope (both paid). But after installing, didn't see any widgets. Also, I rebooted my phone and the status bar did not show current temp. I had to open the program first. I made sure all permissions were on. Rebooted, still not showing status bar info unless I open the app. Android ver is 8.01, phone is a UleFone Armor 3.
widget keeps stopping and you have to click on the app to reinstate it. quite annoying when you just want to quickly glance at the weather. At this moment though, cant get the widget to come back. could be game over.

I like being able to see, the whole planet when checking weather, as it can be helpful for holiday planning, or even for checking on friends who live abroad.
